My sister and I booked appointments the night before the scheduled date. They were able to accomodate us on short notice, so we felt really lucky! Laura worked on both our pedicures (our appointments were one after another, if we booked more in advance they would have been able to schedule us at the same time). She was incredibly caring and checked in to ask if the temperature of the water was ok, if ever I felt uncomfortable to let her know, if the color was OK after she put a drop on the first toe. I could really tell that they are very attentive to their customers and care about helping them feel as comfortable as possible! I'm so happy with how pretty my toes looked at the end of the service (light cotton-candy pink). It was such a relaxing and pleasant experience! It was the perfect way to check something off my list of things to enjoy during my vacation.

My nail tech was a very sweet young lady who removed my shoes and socks for me. I requested nail art and explained that my left hand doesn't open up properly. The tech suggested stickers and she applied a gel polish over the nails. She held the dryer over my hand. I was given 10% off and she put 2 packets of instant Vietnamese coffee in my pocket as I'd told her I loved Vietnamese coffee. The salon is clean and large. The pedicure started off fine with soaking and exfoliating, but when the technician was cutting my nails, she accidentally cut the corner of my left big toe and it started bleeding. She noticed right away and took care of it, and the bleeding stopped quickly. I've had many pedicures before and this was the first time I've ever been cut to the point of bleeding, so I didn't feel comfortable having her continue. I asked her to just colour my nails. Another technician ended up taking over and she was much better and seemed more experienced. My biggest issue was really the cleanliness. Besides the chair, the UV/LED nail lamp was visibly dirty with a lot of old stains and residue on it. Overall, the service was okay, especially after the second nail technician took over, but between getting cut and the cleanliness of the place, I wouldn't come back. I'm very surprised with the good reviews on Google.

It's a nicely laid out salon, airy and clean with plenty of room to accommodate customers and was fairly quiet during my visit. I took a seat in one of their massage chairs and was offered a drink as the pedi service began. I enjoyed the experience and left thoroughly relaxed. They did a good job with my nails though some areas could use improvement (better shaping for instance). We thought it would be some hair treatments similar to a facial but for hair but it was just shampoo and conditioner. The worst part of it was that the technicians aggresively scratch your head so hard. It felt like my skin was being torn off. Quite painful ever after asking for softer force. It was not pleasant nor relaxing at all. They shampoo twice and condition once and then blow dry your hair. They ask you to sit up to do some massaging on your shoulders. Then you are asked to sit in front of a mirror where they serve you cold water and finish blow drying. Then the 'spa' treatment is done and they start to clean up the room and ask you to change.. but they're still there and the door is also wide open to the public area. The technicians were nice people but they really need to reformat their spa style. I also noticed they had extremely long nails which I assumed they also work at the nail salon. This may be the reason why their head scratching hurts a lot.

The owner just said it's because your nail is not smooth and that was the end of it. No suggestion to correct or even sorry. Said next time use a different colour (not metallic). Two people came out and it was so strange as there wasn't an uplifting feeling or they just didn't care. I have been here a few times and it's been fine. Last time I went was awful. A very rude man did my…read morenails. He barely acknowledged me. His long nails kept poking my skin (to the point I flinched in pain). After he applied polish to my first nail I mentioned the colour applied looked VERY different to the colour I had chosen. He ignored me and kept going. When I mentioned it a few nails later, he spoke in a different language to a coworker and they both laughed. I jokingly said "are you guys talking about me?" He said "yes. I said you don't like the colour and I said it's a bit late now hahaha." Humiliated, I started to cry. As I paid, clearly upset by the experience, I was asked what happened- when I explained I received no apology, and no understanding. They charged me $50 for a full set. The lady that was doing my nail took her time and was working in them very carefully.
