She didn't pay attention to detail making sure there was no dings in the polish getting it looking perfect, and my massage wasn't worth extra money :( I also feel like it's pretty gross when they don't put the disposable bags in the foot tub for each client to keep things very hygienic. The new chairs are quite fancy...very comfortable and I love that the massage options are easy to select and understand. We chose the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish at $55. It was well worth the price considering how masterful Phi trimmed my nails, cuticles and then moved on to the multi-level scrubs, massage, heels and painting. I felt utterly pampered. After some back-and-forth, the owner agreed to open 15 minutes early to accommodate me before my flight that weekend. While I appreciated the effort, the repair itself felt rushed--three nails were fixed in about five minutes.
