I gave up waxing a long time ago, I don't need anything tugging away at my face assisting gravity with the aging process. I come here when I don't have time to make the drive out to Ziba in Rancho Cucamonga. Mostly, I like the price. I've had my eyebrows done here by two different girls and both times I was satisfied by the results. Not perfection but close enough. Both times they stopped in between to let me check and make sure everything was to my liking. One girl worked slower than the other so it hurt a little more than it usually does. Considering I've had a bad experience with threading in the past I was hesitant. But the lady was as gentle as can be and NO harsh chemicals were used. The ambiance had Bollywood music in the background. I walked in, Not busy around 3 pm. The price was $8 for eyebrows. They have a reward card so make sure to get a stamp. I just moved to the area and my good friend recommended this place. I am very particular about my brows and I'm quite happy to have been introduced to this place. They have a very fast turn around, but they also make sure that your brows are perfect before you leave. I've been here at least 5 times and have been happy except for the last trip when she over threaded my brows and made it a little uneven (left higher than right) but I guess everyone has bad days. When I walked in I thought they might be closed because there were just 2 ladies watching an Indian movie and i felt like I was interrupting their show but one pointed for me to "sign in" and then proceeded to thread me with one eye on my brow and one on the movie...but i have to say she did a good job and the price was definitely right! read more

Gita did my eyebrows perfectly! Threading does hurt, but she did them quickly so I wasn't in too much pain. She offered me aloe after as well, which was very nice because my skin is pretty sensitive and gets red easily. It was a transformation for the best Thank you Gita! read more

They do a great job here with my eyebrows. $8, and they take credit, which my old threading place didn't do. The ladies are nice and don't give me a hard time if I ask them to retouch what they've done. They have a customer rewards program so that the 11th threading is free. It's not the most luxurious place, but they do a good job and are pleasant people. read more

I've only seen one lady working here. I've only came here twice and the two times I've came, my eyebrows came out good. The only thing that I wish the lady could learn to do, is not to thread so hard against my skin. She irritates my skin leaving them scabbed up the next day. Where as Ziba, (my place to go, when I have time to go) is best at not hurting your skin (well at least the people I go to, MK at Santa Anita Mall and a guy in the West Covina Mall, sorry I forgot his name, starts with B). This place I kinda recommend, if your getting a clean up or last minute, but the burning on my skin from threading so hard, I don't recommend going. read more

I would've loved to give this place 4 stars because my eyebrows look pretty good. BUT the pressure I got from one person (didn't get her name) to do my upper lip was ridiculous. She asked 1x and I said no, then she asked again, I said no. Then she says "you have a lot of hair". I said "please, stop, I said no". Honestly, I had to say 3x no! Okay I have to update my review. I absolutely love this place but they recently added an older asian woman and the threading she did on my was awful. My usual girl does my brows PERFECTLY in 5 minutes! This woman took nearly 15 minutes and wacked off so much of my brows, make them ultra thin, and missed so many hairs I literally cried when I got to the car I was so upset.
