The quality control of this location is seriously lacking. I ordered the buffalo chicken dip. The dip was cold. Not warm. It was cold. The shrimp platter that I ordered it was supposed to come with a dozen shrimp. I was given 11 shrimp. The macaroni and cheese was a soupy disgusting mess. My fries were cold and unseasoned. Been here a couple times now. Its gotten worse The food is just not good. Its cheap, frozen food which is crazy overpriced. Not a great amount of options. I can deal with some frozen food, but their quality is awful, and everything just has a bazaar, sweet taste. We usually prefer the bar, but there were no seats available, so we sat at a high top. My steak had to be sent back two times. I asked for my steak to be cooked rare. It came out med well the first time , sent it back. The second time it was medium.. The manager who is on shift Kayla still has a lot to learn. Her customer service skills need Improvement. She didn't seem to care or have a solution To fix the problem with my steak. My wife had already finished her meal when brought the second steak out ,that was still WRONG. So much for me trying to enjoy a meal with my wife together. When I went back to ask for a senior manager I spoke to Jose M. This was our third visit to this Glory Days. Our server was Max and he was great, no complaints. One meal ordered however, was the pulled chicken sandwich. It is not pulled chicken. It's basically a chicken sandwich with cut up pieces of chicken versus a pulled chicken. NOT what was expected and not what would've been ordered if it was listed correctly on the menu. On a side note, one of the managers was eating in the dining area and had a yummy looking pizza. When we asked about ordering this, we were told it's not on the menu and he must've had it made for him in the kitchen. Does that mean the rest of the items on the menu for the patrons isn't good enough? My meal was fine but really? This was my third time coming here. Generally the food is okay, not great. Lots of TVs everywhere inside and out. The service staff is friendly and helpful. Today, the food was not good. Not good at all. My wife ordered a grilled chicken salad. It looked really good, but on the way home she revealed that the chicken was slimy and wet. She didn't like the salad at all. Since that was her meal she was not happy. Being her first time there, she doesn't want to go back. I tried the chicken fingers, waffle fries and Mac-n-cheese. The chicken fingers were burned to a crisp. No one should have served them. Surely they aren't usually this well done. The waffle fries weren't fresh, so they were soft. The Mac-n-cheese had a strange cheese. It was sort of grainy. The server said she gets a lot of complaints about it. I want to like this place. I've eaten at this location twice with my family since it opened. The service and food have been great! I expected some hiccups due to them being newly opened but none have been experienced. The biggest suprise was the Pretzel appetizer. Most places you only receive a few pretzels or they are hard. I Uber-eats from the Brandon location frequently and love their food. Great menu, tastes and order accuracy. This new Glory Days is closer to home, so I ordered to-go from this location this time. I'm surprisingly happy to say that it is just as good as Brandon's! The service was average so the 5 stars are definitely all about the delicious meal! I first tried the Strawberry Salmon Salad at American Social and I must say I'm glad I had it first. This salad put it to shame :( As you can see in the picture the strawberries were fresh and firm, the salmon was literally the BEST!!! OMG!
