Yes folks a Chad 5, I got exactly what I expected. All 3 bartenders were great, very quick, appropriately friendly. Service was perfect. BTW, the place was packed at, let's say, a not typically bar packed time. Food was exactly what I expected, medium cooked burger, fries were well above average, creamy tomato soup could be serviced at a white tablecloth. If I was walking, I would of sat here all night. Decided to try this chain restaurant this evening. I ordered the lobster roll which comes with roasted corn on the cob and coleslaw...I know, I know it's a burger joint mainly so it's the last place you would order a lobster roll. But it wasn't that bad! The slaw needed some help, but the Lobster roll was a nice portion, beautifully plated, and had great taste. The roasted corn on the Cobb was delicious as well. Now on the service side they need some help. I sat at the bar for over 10 min before I was even noticed, because the staff was talking with another guest and themselves. There were only 8 people total including myself at the hug seating area at the bar. The overall vibe is a sports bar with indoor and outdoor seating. I showed up to pick up my order that was scheduled for 12:48 five minutes early knowing that I may have to wait. I waited almost 10 minutes (designated to go area) before I was even greeted / acknowledged. I was told that she was waiting on the burger. Another 10 minutes and the person reappeared with two bags. I was asked if I needed silverware and then questioned again for ketchup. I headed out to my hotel and once I got back to the room, I unpacked the bags to discover the drinks were not there. Chicken for the salad was cold as was the soup that might have had 5OZ at best in the container. I went back to the store, waited again and once I got (same person) someones attention to talk to I mentioned the above and the missing drinks. What were the drinks? I was asked, I showed her the receipt. After a bit of time she returned with the drinks with a curt sorry. I had to ask for straws of course. I felt this was a very expensive meal with little to no value. This also makes me want to comment on the check out (payment) page that requests a tip for the staff with 15% already highlighted. We stopped to grab dinner here after picking up family from BWI Airport. They were tired and hungry so this looked like a pretty good option for an early midweek dinner (5 PM) The restaurant was neat and clean and since it was early it was very quiet. There were six of us, two were small children. We were promptly greeted and seated. We ordered beverages and had a short wait before ordering dinner. Although the place was nearly empty, it took a very long time (over 45 minutes from ordering to receiving) for the food. Apparently there were only 2 staff in the kitchen. We didn't order anything that should take more than 15-20 minutes to prepare. But the food was very good when it finally arrived. I'd come here again, I guess, but the long delay for the food was pretty irritating. I'm not sure how they handled the full crowd that was coming in after we got there. The bar tender worked really hard. He should have had more help. The beer and alcohol menu has everything you'd want. The food was pretty bad. We got the glazed salmon and the Smothered chicken. Really poor. But we also got the chicken dip with Fritos and the Fritos were on point. Very well done, straight from the bag. We didn't eat our meals but we paid for it all with a 20% tip for a total of about 100 dollars. So go for the drinks and the sports on the TVs. We came to Glory Days Grill when we came to the area to have my son play in a soccer tournament. It is walking distance from the Springhill Suites. We came at around 8:00 on a Friday night. We waited about 20 minutes for a table. Our service was good, fast and friendly. Lots of TV's here with lots of sports options on. Food was all good as well. From the moment I came in here I should've known better than to stay. I was told to wait while they get tables cleaned. As I was waited two people walked in and were seated immediately. The atmosphere was typical for a sports bar, with large screen TV's in every location and very little sound dampening so it's loud even with a few people inside. The cheese came out like a lump of dried cow patty, the burger was over cooked along with the minuscule portion of sweet potato fries. I was driving so only had some unsweetened ice tea with lemon, when the first one arrived I was told the didn't have enough for a second glass, so only got one. I came over here from the hotel that I was staying at, super convenient. I was told that the food was really good here, but I didn't realize that they would be playing sports on the big screen TVs. I was really excited about that, they have a great set up where you can see the games wherever you sit. I had an excellent waitress, very sweet girl. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms. As a recommendation from a coworker, I stop in to grab something to eat before work. I ordered boneless chicken wings. What I got was chicken skewers. I didn't look before I left the restaurant, but when I got to work 5 minutes away and sat down to eat I was highly disappointed in what I saw and worse for what I paid. They sell these at 7-11 2 for $5 I paid almost &17 for this garbage some were even dried out. My next visit there will be to see a manager and ask how do they explain this garbage. read more

Bottom Line: Great service, a large menu and plenty of screens for watching sports. I didn't know anything about Glory Days Grill, I just knew I needed to get out of the office for lunch. What I liked about my weekday lunch at Glory Days is that I could get a Diet Coke and a half entree salad. The salad was a nice size for lunch but curiosity got the best of me so I also tried six wings. They have a crazy number for wing flavors and I was totally taunted by their lovely graphic showing the flavors and spiciness levels. You can get them bone in or boneless. I went "Old Bay" bone in and they were tasty - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I'm not a huge wing fan but these hit the spot. I eyed up the beer menu although I did not partake. I must say, it's a good looking menu with a nice variety of craft beers. It's not a huge list, but every option sounded delish and I was glad to see that some local grog made the menu. I'll be back to work my way through the tap line. As far as seating goes, they have a bar and plenty of tables inside. There is also a patio and private party space. They have a separate entry/waiting area for take out and I think come winter, the "arctic entry" will be much appreciated. On my weekday visit it was a very business crowd and delightfully quiet. I can see where during happy hour it could be rowdier in there. I can just imagine patrons chowing down, quaffing suds and disapprovingly watching the Orioles or throwing their arms up at the Ravens. There are a few video games too and I saw cornhole out on the sidewalk. The bartenders were very friendly and certainly putting their best foot forward. Placed an online order...arrived on time but the cashier didn't have my order...it wasn't even available at the register. He had to look at my phone order to prove that I had an actual order. I was the only one there waiting for my order...it was very slow at the restaurant . After waiting 10 minutes, I finally received my food. When I got home and opened up our containers, my Cobb salad was missing grilled chicken and my boyfriend's grilled chicken sandwich was missing honey mustard dressing. Food was good. I had purchased a coke soda, and the soda had a long blonde piece of hair in it. I asked for the manager and his response was he never heard of this before and it would not had happened there. I then stated to him that none of the servers have anything on their head to cover their hair. He brought me two $10 discount coupons on my next visit. Because of his lying and subtly dismissing the matter, I refused to accept the coupons or go back for another visit. I had lost my appetite the the remainder of my meal and to hear that subtle lie that he attempted to push back on me. I paid the full bill and l left the establishment. This is the one on W.
