I purchased a fur coat that needed repair (it had 2 holes) - which was fine as I was going to have it remodeled anyway. When I brought it to the furrier, she informed me that there is nothing that can be done with it. The pelts are so dried out that they cannot be fixed. "It will continue to break apart, as the skins are so dried out. IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD TO YOU". It's trash. The store knows enough to get their handbags checked and verified. But furs they just accept, and do not KNOW enough to check them out. It's a mistake to trust them. It seems they take whatever is brought in - no matter the condition. And they don't stand behind what they sell. Roundabout might pretend to be a boutique - but they don't KNOW what they are selling, and do not vouch for anything you buy there.
