But furs they just accept, and do not KNOW enough to check them out. It's a mistake to trust them. It seems they take whatever is brought in - no matter the condition. It had me thinking about my jewelry watch experience over the years - and one the places I always feel happy about servicing my Rolexes is betteridge. They communicate; even if I am being emotional. I called several times and they never found it or refunded me. Then they went out of business. I can't be the only person that they kept the layaway money. That's illegal! It's stealing! I know it's 4 years later but I still want my $100 back because This is wrong of them to do. It's like the guy that got arrested in Greenwich because he was selling gift cards even though he knew his restaurant was going out of business. It's the same thing. They never contacted me until I followed up. On 12/11, I emailed and 5 days later Marisa said my clothes have been pulled for shipment and I would get a tracking number, that has not happened. Now, Marisa does not reply, I have offered several times to pick them up. There is no working phone number or address. I was at a location in Riverside, CT when I dropped my clothes off and it was a huge basement room with thousands of items. A lot of people are missing a lot of clothes based on what I am experiencing. I just would like the courtesy of a response and my items back which I'm trying to donate to people in need.
