As that date approached, we stopped by the store to check on the order, as we got no information from the store. We were treated quite rudely by the saleswoman who sold us the table, saying after giving us a scornful look, "Have you not been aware of all the delays everywhere because of supply chain issues?". Then, being overtly annoyed by our inquiry, she tracked the order on her computer and informed us the table would arrive on May 3. Again as the date approached, and we heard absolutely nothing from the store, we went back to the store, and the saleswoman informed us that the order couldn't be filled, and was very evasive as to why. After waiting 3 months for the table, she then said condescendingly, "Yes, it does people time to get over their disappointment. You'll be back to place another order." Well, you can bet we will never return to that overpriced store with horrendous customer service! We have since purchased a table online from a West Coast store with much better prices and excellent customer service. Bill and Maura

I have been an avid thrifter for a year now and haven't been able to find an authentic, y2k, and in-good-condition coach bag. (and to all my vintage coach girlies you know how hard they are to find in a thrift store fairly priced as opposed to those god awful depop resellers) I thought I could never get my hands on one until today! The owner actually gave me a $20 discount after I asked for one!! It was on the pricy side, but I also felt good about my purchase knowing that a portion of the money was going to charity. Definitely check out Cherry Door if you're in the area- you might even find your dream bag! FYI the bag I found is a Purple Soho Tote with a matching wallet. It went for $170 but i was able to bargain to $150!

I wish i could share others 5 star experience although most of them were not about roche bobois…read moreproduct longevity nor quality, hence my review. I have purchased my itineraire sofa sectional about 3 years ago unfortunately 1,5 yrs of using it i have noticed one side of the backrest was far stretched / skewed than other side. I have contacted the so called 5 star customer rep to be told I need to pay $350 to start the investigation process first during their warranty period! I have never heard of being asked to be charged up front by a high end luxury, reputable and internationally recognized brand so I refused. I have send endless emails with no avail and gave up. Year later that backrest arm was moving back further to such extend it was very noticeable and no longer comfortable. Again, i tried to contact greenwich branch to be told they can't do anything without sending technical service which will be $350. I had no other choice but trust the process so I agreed. Cutting story short, Ive wasted time and money because at every corner I have heard same excuse. First, it was insinuated that I must have broke the wood piece within the backrest part, then my warranty period of 2 yrs have run out and the last one was the best when the service man realized screws on the mechanical part were loosened up so he tightened them but he did make a comment saying he never seen them loosed like that before, meantime, roche bobois rep got back to me saying "screws on the backrest got loose overtime with usage so its wear and tear! Its actually laughable how easy it is for them to shift from blaming the customer for breaking the sofa to washing their hands from other potential aspect of faulty installation or faulty product. On top of that I got charged $350 + TAX! Unreal and disgraceful! Now, I have a so called high end product which is made of crap materials, obvious manufacture design flaw and zero credibility whatsoever and even after tightening screws my backrest is still in the same skewed shape as before. I would run from this place as far as i could! I hear I'm not alone. I wish I actually read reviews before trusting this company! I am, however, considering taking legal action against this company!

Also a big shout out to Lori, Aramani and Isabella for their great input too! The delivery and service were way above and beyond my expectations. The delivery team treated my home with utmost care and made sure the furniture and its placement was to my liking before leaving. Originally from Cortlandt, I was living out in Long Island for college and was in desperate need of a quality firm mattress due to some back problems that I had been experiencing for years. I came home for a week long semester break, and stopped by the store. Dom went out of his way to let me try out multiple mattresses that not only were on display but he went into his stock in the back and pulled out some more options for me to try out to make sure I was making the right choice with comfort, and in price range (I made sure he knew I was a poor college student). After I felt really confident that I had made the right choice, I told Dom that the only problem was a 2 hour drive out to Stony Brook LI. He was able to not only make sure that I would have the mattress before heading back for school, but he came in early on that Sunday to help me secure the mattress on the top of my car with a ton of rope and ties. Made it to out to school with no problems, and have been sleeping like a baby ever since.
