Was pretty skeptical about a purchased of a signed item I was planning on getting. Sent an email regarding the process of how to get it through on a Saturday morning (they are closed on weekends) I immediately got an email back from Mr Steve. The owner! He walked me through it and got the process in order! The signature turned out to be legit! I had some items that had been certified by GA 7-8 years ago and Steve helped me out to get them re-certified and upgrade me to LOAs. This service has been known to provide an enormous amount of fake signatures. They is will verify just about anything that seems passable. I've personally been burned by them before, and refuse to ever use the service again. As a collector, you'll do much better going through one of the more well known authenticators, not risking your money on something that is far more likely to be worthless than real. From what I've seen, you're better off having something with no COA than one from Global. I wouldn't trust any of the other reviews here, they are clearly amateur or have other intentions.
