This spa is exactly what I've been searching for. They offer an incredible variety of wellness and beauty modalities all in one place, and most importantly, everything is high-quality, spotless, and extremely well maintained. In the past I had tried Versa Spa spray tans at another Planet Tan location and while I always looked great the first few days, after I had gone for a run or gone to hot yoga I had sweat all of the color off, usually in an embarassing way as it stained the yoga towels, my sheets on my bed, or my running clothes. So last year I gave up on spray tans and decided I would just have to learn to love being freakishly pale. Then, my husband got a wild idea and decided I should go back in and at least talk about tanning beds. Lo and behold, I have found my tanning guru, the tanning jesus, Melanie. Not only did she insist on seeing me in person before making decisions about how I could tan, but she sat and talked to me for over half an hour. She talked to me about what the different beds do and told me which beds would work best for me without burning me, then she talked to me about a ton of different products and helped me choose the right ones for me and my complexion. She was super patient and so helpful and every time I've been to this location so far it's always been clean, the staff has been super nice, and I just love it! The good news? I haven't been going very long but I'm already starting to see color!! I'm telling you, melanie = tanning goddess. She knows it all!

I've never received such bad customer service as I did from the Store manager "Reyna D" as it was listed in my receipt. Amber is so nice, said she remembered me from richardson store and even said "she's the store manager and I saw her be rude to you." On 1/39/25 around 7:10 p.m. Reyna decided to argue with me for almost 10 min in front of customers and kept telling me my spray tan had expired. I know for a fact it hasn't and she said "it wasn't her problem" and "it was done by an 18 year old who didn't know what she was doing". Mind you that day I purchased the spray tans by the said 18 year old, I waited almost 30 min for the girl to clean the machine and was really patient about it because she was frustrated and couldn't multi task. AFTER I finally told Reyna that I'll pay for another one, she realized the former employee had accidentally used both of my tans in the same day and it wasn't expired. Reyna was beyond condescending and rude. I told her that's fine, I don't think I'll come back to this location and she said "that's fine".... Her tone, demeanor and attitude was so unprofessional. I'll make sure she's not there if I go back. Horrible customer service to a loyal customer who has been coming to Palm Beach for over 20 years. I've had employees like her and she's not a good look
