It did not. The young woman was super sweet and I don't fault her for learning on the job. I fault the owner who did not give any advisement when I booked the appointment at full price that it would be an artist that is still learning. I'm very disappointed by the service and the lack of transparency when making appointments. It is a disservice to customers. Im so embarrassed by my hands, which are hard to hide. I then asked to talk to the manager and she said she is the assistant manager and then gave me the managers number and it was just the store phone. She told me I had to contact corporate after I have already been spraying with them since the switch over. She saw that I had been sprayed with the family membership but wouldn't do it today.
