As a current student of the high school nearby this establishment, I feel as though it is only…read moreright that I give a proper review to my favorite lunch spot of all time. Not only does the food taste truthfully out of this world, but you will also find that the service is incredible! From the moment you walk inside, you are met with a ton of friendly faces who without a doubt will treat you just like family. They are incredibly kind people who put hard effort into making sure that each meal is prepared with care, and that each person feels safe and comfortable under their roof. I must also comment that I myself am a very picky eater with odd sensory difficulties. It is typically very difficult for me to find many foods or meals that I feel are safe to eat, and that don't trigger any sort of reluctance. However at Thymes, they offer a wide variety of different meals and desserts, so locating something that I felt was both appetizing and safe to eat was no problem at all. I've been a proud frequent flier for the past 3 years, and without a doubt intend to keep going back as much as possible before I go off to college next year. To say that I will genuinely miss Thymes and more so the generous souls that have always been there for me is an understatement. More than five stars if I could. Keep up the amazing work.

The place is in the mall and the order taker had to walk from Daddios "storefront" to the one I was ordering from. The young lady smiled made eye contact and was helpful, all rare in this type of establishment. They did not have the taco I ordered and she did a great job of switching me. She was very helpful in getting me a napkin. My first thought was what are they doing in this low end mall. I recommend the place.

I was seated almost right away, and seems many others im reviews have had issues with this and i think it stems from the restaurants layout - lot of young workers and no ones going to want to just sit in the quiet part greeting i suppose, Anyways- i had no issues, was served quick and was in and out. I went with clam spinach dip as an app which was 10/10 for me. Ordered a burger that came on a kaiser roll which also was good but nothing that wow'd, and a beef rib grilled cheese which i will say was really good and a savored every bite! They have to promote some of these best items more!!!! On my overall experience i had a good time , almost gave it 4 stars because the booths are awkwardly set up and you are an inch away from other people seating next to you inside the restaurant almost butting heads.... But the food items were worth the stars

I sat at the counter for a full five minutes, made eye contact with two waitresses, and neither offered so much as a hello. No menu, no "be right with you," nothing. The burger itself is their seasoned 6oz patty topped with provolone cheese, caramelized jack Daniel's onions, jack Daniel's sauce, crispy onion straws, and smoked applewood bacon. The burger comes on a freshly baked Reno onion bun with poppy seeds. The fries are also a must as they are extremely crisp, not oily, and topped off with my favorite old bay seasoning. You can't get better fries than that. Service is you order at the counter and wait for you food and pick it up. Pretty efficient even during the middle of a Saturday lunch rush. I loved this place as they also have gluten free options and a doggy menu! You can't beat their reasonable prices either.
