This is such a convenient place to go, it's unfortunate that it's so mismanaged and the employees lack basic civility that I won't do business there on principle. If you value your time and self-respect, neither should you. I went in at 3:25p and was told it would be 30 minutes. I said ok, figuring it would potentially be 45 at most. I had to pick up my children at 5p, but their school is close. At 4:15p, I was told there were two patients ahead. At 4:35p I was told there were two patients ahead...still. I spoke with the person who originally estimated 30 minutes - a thin older man. I said - in a totally civil tone - that this was an inconvenience and I wish he had given me a better estimate because I would have scheduled an X ray for another time. He cut me off, told me "this is doctor office (sic) - sometimes you wait." I asked how much longer he thought I'd have to wait and he said "I'm not answering that." I was speechless at how unprofessional and rude he was. All I wanted was some acknowledgement and an apology for the inconvenience. I left without an X ray having wasted over an hour waiting. I've had two mammograms and two ultrasounds here and my experiences have all been very good. After checking in for my appointments, there was very little if any wait. The front desk personnel are friendly and efficient. Susan (ultrasounds) and Angela (mammograms) are absolute sweethearts and are very skilled at what they do. I've had bad technicians in the past who herd you through the process like cattle and then come back with "inconclusive" results. Not these ladies..they are true professionals. I'm happy to return here again whenever I need any imaging done. read more

I was referred here by my doctor- and upon arrival I was told I would have a 1 hour wait. I ended up waiting over 2 hours. The front office staff had no clue on where I was in the line, wouldn't let me go out and do an errand. Absolute terrible experience- especially when one is in pain. read more

I usually don't like to write reviews but this place really needs to make changes. If I could give zero starts I would. They have the worst customer sevice here. When you call to make an appointment, they schedule you months later. They never call patients to tell them they need to reschedule. They say they don't take patients without appointments, but allow walk-ins. Oh and if you walk in to your appointment a few minutes late, forget about seeing the technician. They will send you home. If you want to have a heart attack, come here. This is the place for it. Very unprofesiional employees You guys really need to change your front desk receptionist (mary is her name if I overheard correctly) if you want to continue to have business. She has no right to speak to patients the way that she did with me! It is unacceptable! Overall, very efficient place for a quick in and out mammogram. Check-in took a couple of minutes and I was called in immediately. Technician Angel was very skilled, professional and pleasant. Covid infection control protocols were followed. Angel wore a mask, face shield and gloves. She disinfected the machine in front of me and made sure I sanitized my hands before touching the machine. It was quick and easy. My appointment was at 10:00 and I was back in my car at 10:13. Ample parking in underground parking garage with 90 min. free parking with validation. Only minor issue was they initially incorrectly scheduled me for the wrong day. Luckily when I called a few days before to confirm, they were able to reschedule me the next day. I highly recommend this place. (Just call a few days before your appointment to make sure the date and time are correct.) read more

Two stars because my MRI tech was very nice and the staff was quick and efficient. My time was not wasted. I am so irate that they were not enforcing the "No entry without mask" rule they have so clearly stated on their front door. When two women were in the small lobby without masks, I asked the front desk clerk if she was going to ask them to put masks on. I got a shrug of the shoulders. I was dismissed. I confronted the two women and was told it was none of my business because the staff wasn't enforcing the rule. And honestly, I get that. I was very blunt in my interaction and definitely said some curse words to them, which isn't cool, but these people are risking the health and safety of everyone in that small lobby. They don't know who is immunocompromised and who isn't. And what is a "rule" if it isn't enforced? So, my anger isn't even directed at the maskless jerks, it's directed at the staff who refused to enforce the rule. The rule that they clearly displayed and that all medical facilities display. To feel comfortable they were absolutely fine risking the health and safety of everyone else in the room. Unacceptable. read more

The ladies in the front are very rude . I was appalled as to how they were speaking to patients . My child's pediatrician ordered an X-ray and sent me there. The tech was lazy, unprofessional and rude . He couldn't perform his job and turned it into that he was uncomfortable working with kids . The front office manager was horrible as well, Olinda . Explained to her the situation did absolutely nothing about it . A facility with unprofessional , poorly trained "professionals" . Not sure how an owner has a place staffed with such employees . They have two locations (that I know of; maybe more), one in Sherman Oaks and one in Glendale. At the Sherman Oaks office, I showed up for my appointment only to have them tell me that it was cancelled because their machine was broken. They couldn't have called me to notify me?? They said they would call me when the machine was fixed so that I could reschedule. Weeks went by. I finally called them, and they said I was supposed to call them to schedule my new appointment! As if I'm psychic and I know when their machine is fixed? Two ladies working the front counter - one (Hispanic) was extremely rude, and the other (Russian?) was nice enough but her accent was so horribly thick that I struggled to communicate with her. The technician at this office (Philippino guy) was super nice, friendly, and good at his job. Glendale office: I got a scan done there and they had me swallow barium sulphate. Two weeks later, I'm still suffering with horrific stomach upset. I called there to inquire why nobody had given me after-care instructions to drink a lot of water to flush it out of my system. The lady insisted that all patients are told to drink lots of water. Nope, not me. The technician who works here (white guy) was top-notch and very friendly and knowledgeable, but why am I encountering yet another (Russian?) lady at this office who has such a thick accent that communication with her is almost impossible? Advice to the hiring department: when you hire someone to work the front office and answer phones, hire someone who speaks clear English without an accent. If you want to hire someone who has a thick accent, then I'm sure you can find a position for them that doesn't necessitate communication with customers. And if you get a lot of Yelp reviews complaining that your receptionists are rude, then consider firing them. read more

Listen, this place is not great. I have been there twice and both times had terrible costumer service. The second time i showed up early and still waited half an hour to be seen while I was the only one there for that specific ultrasound. Also - tmi but if you're getting an intravaginal ultrasound do NOT come here!!! They have a plastic covering of the device that has sharp edges and was horrible to insert and worse to take out, I could feel it scraping me. I was not happy with this procedure and will not be returning. Also, both times The doctor referring me assured me they take my FPAC and they did not and made me pay full price out of pocket. read more

I have been to quite a few MRI places. I'm not sure that's something to brag about, but it just gives me certain expectations when I go to a medical facility. The people are nice here that was not an issue at all. The place looks a little outdated with mint green walls. I wasn't given a gown to put on for my MRI. The woman just asked me to remove my bra and stepped out while I did so. I was asked to place my belongings in a little basket, every other place I've gone to has provided me with a locker. Again not the worse place, but I've been to better. read more

I came here for an X-ray on Monday @ 9am. X-rays don't require appointments, but other services (mammograms, ultrasounds, etc) might so call ahead and double check. There was an issue with my paperwork that my doctor sent in, incorrectly so I ended up waiting around longer then usual (my doctor's fault). But this is what I observed while one of the three receptionist were helping me: -Quick Turn Around. People I observed waited less then 5 mins and were out in less then 10. I saw 8-10 people come and go in 30mins. -Customer Service: The front desk has good customer service and seems to multitask pretty well between answering the phone, helping a steady flow of clients walking in, and billing. Any of them seems to be able to help you when you walk in. -Comfortable waiting room. Lots of seating, good variety of magazines, and a nice large tv with some kind of educational animal programming was on. Room was well ventilated and A/C-ed, a welcome relief from the heat wave outside. -Underground Parking available: Enter via Windsor Rd. There's a nice big sign that says "800 S Central Parking." Entering, you press a button on the ticket machine to get a ticket and raise the arm. You can pay the parking attendant when you leave. BUT this place does VALIDATE 90 mins which is MORE THEN ENOUGH time. Make sure you get that ticket stamped by the receptionist before you leave otherwise it's $2/20minutes, $6 daily max (Cash only) without validation. I like this place. I'll update if it changes in future visits. :) read more

Let me start my saying this place is joke. Came here to get an MRI for myself and my partner knowing full well that MRIs are lengthy procedures so I knew we would be here a while. However, what I did not expect was the extremely rude and dismissive front desk staff and MRI technician. On top of their massive attitude problems, they told us that one of our exams would not be able to be done that day because that particular part of the MRI machine was broken. That's understandable if I had been a walk in, but I was scheduled two weeks beforehand and they had called twice the previous day to confirm our appointments. Once I brought up how ridiculous it was that we weren't warned or rescheduled ahead of time, the staff tried to make it my fault at first, and then tried to blame it on a supervisor that was out of the country. Why does it take a supervisor to reschedule patients if your machine is down? Tell your lawyer not to send you here unless you're Armenian, they will treat you like garbage and blame you if you complain. Totally unapologetic. Terrible medical care. Watch out! read more

Parking is easy with validation . Place is old, office staff are somewhat friendly. Mammogram lady very sweet. Could use some updating but for paying out of pocket for imaging, they were the cheapest option $90 instead of $175 at other places from Glendale to studio city. Currently, I am sitting in the lobby for the THIRD time trying to get my records-the office doesn't really seem all that helpful. The first time I was here, after being told the records will be ready, the ladies at the front desk informed me that the gentleman that handles the records wasn't there. Seriously? You couldn't leave them up front after I requested them? The second time, I got one of two, after being told that no request has been made-but the gentleman knew that I was coming to get them! The third time, I was told an administrator had been notified and was assured that my request would be ready to go when I got to the office. Wrong again. It must be true that it's the charm, because I FINALLY got both of my images. Overall, this office is horrible with communication-be prepared to explain yourself over and over and possibly over again. Good luck! read more

Came here a couple days ago to get a Chest X-Ray and EKG for my procedure. I had great experience, the lovely Armenian girl in the front, whose name I didn't get a chance to ask, was beyond amazing. I had the wrong paperwork with me and the poor girl made a million calls to get it for me. Might I add that is not her responsibility to do so, but she did it without hesitation so a major thanks to her!! Staff is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Chest X-Ray went well, the same guy that did my X-ray did my EKG.... that on the other hand was.. interesting. I literally felt as though it was his first time doing an EKG, the guy had no clue what he was doing. Due my heart condition I know alot about EKG's but a patient should not have to tell you where to place the stickers.. embarrassing. Other than that I would definitely recommend! read more
