    Chili sauce Wings
    Amy P.

We had a nice dinner here. We started off with the Thai chili wings and mussels in white wine sauce. The mussels were excellent and the crusty bread that accompanied it was the perfect dipping tool. Wings were good, but the sauce didn't seem to stay on them. For entrées we ordered the winter salad and the shrimp Poboy. The winter salad was really tasty with butternut squash and brussels sprouts. Loved it! The shrimp Po boy was a generous portion of shrimp crispy and delicious. I wish they would put vodka sauce back on the create your own pizza menu. They used to have when they were around the corner at the smaller restaurant and it was excellent. I also wish they could accommodate improvising on a cocktail. The bartender at the last restaurant made a fabulous watermelon drink and if she didn't have watermelon, would change it to a different flavor to accommodate my request.. I asked if they could make me something like I used to get and the answer was no. It was a little disappointing. Im missing the older restaurant because the drinks were More creative and better. The drink I got was only Ok, not memorable like it used to be.

Cool bar/restaurant, good vibes from friendly bartenders upon entrance! Nice variety of choices. While delicious, the meatballs are small and the wedge/sandwich could use a couple more added considered it's price. Too much for its value. Now the were a different story, large, tasty salads! Also the wait was rather long especially considering that we were the only couple in there. The order was delivered wrong, chicken parmesan instead of meatball parmesan. After the mistake was made, it took literally 30 minutes for the meatball sandwich to arrive. Guess they had to make the meatballs.

Went here for Mothers Day and I wish I didn't. Well I'll preface this with if you want to be left alone and sit around this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I like the waiter or waitress to have a clue what they're doing and come to the table. 1. Walked in party of 4 and the host let us stand around for ten minutes before we were greeted and brought to a table, mind you as we stood in the entrance aimlessly several servers walked around and literally walked passed us numerous times. 2. Now we were seated and after 6-8 min here comes our waiter. She pours the water, and does not even ask if we want anything other than water to drink. My mother in law at this point asks for lemon for her water. She comes back moments later with 2 lemon wedges in a napkin in her bare hand. Now she's ready to take our orders with not a pen or piece of paper in sight. At this point, I'm like wow she must have a photographic memory. Sadly, that was not the case. She comes back to the table to ask us to remind her what we ordered. So now here come the beverages which were limited as we were told they didn't have certain things that were literally on the menu. 3. After close to 45 minutes not an ounce of food. We had to literally keep asking and no one came to the table in this time. Needless to say every single server looked miserable and treated patrons like they were being bothered. 4. We were starving and close to an hour the food comes out and it's wrong. Maybe writing things down isn't a bad idea and should be a practice put in place. When we told the waitress we were missing requested toppings she said she would bring some out in a cup. My father in law finished his pizza before she could bring the mushrooms that's how long it took. My husband, mother in law and self requested boxes for our remaining food. My mother in law at this time also ordered some tiramisu. It took over 25 min to bring the to go boxes, by this point my mother in law was like just make it to go because we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes.5. Now we ask for the check, this part took 30 seconds! We are getting close to finally leaving and I cannot wait but nope the wait begins for them to pickup the credit card. After 15 minutes the most inattentive looking individual returns to get the credit card. The card is finally returned and we can finally go! We made it through this cringeworthy experience of waiting around and not being attended to. The pros: I would be a liar if I said the place wasn't gorgeous, because it's modern & well decorated and the ambience is great! The location is great and there's plenty of parking. The food is delicious and well prepared. Alcoholic beverages are well crafted and tasty. The Cons: SERVICE is probably the worst I've ever seen, and they could benefit from a floor manager or some kind of direction because there is 100% potential to be a great establishment

The restaurant was extremely busy and clearly understaffed -- there were only two servers working incredibly hard. Service was definitely slow, but I give them a lot of credit for doing their best under the circumstances. They were very gracious and even brought us a complimentary drink to apologize for the wait, which was a really nice touch. Despite the delays, the food was excellent. The nachos were great, the French dip and chicken sandwich were both very good, and honestly, the fries were some of the best I've ever had. We also tried their house-made beer, which was delicious. One thing to note is the layout of the restaurant. It's right next to (and partially within) the arcade, so it can get very loud with lots of kids running around and yelling. I can definitely see the appeal for parents -- being able to eat and have a drink while keeping an eye on their kids is a big plus. For those without kids or looking for a quieter, kid-free night, it's just something to be aware of. That said, I'd love to come back in the summer and sit on the outdoor deck along the water. Overall, a cool spot with great food.

I thought maybe she made a mistake, but I ordered a beer after the meal to wash down the terrible chicken sandwich and she did it again. I have no problem with tipping and always tip more than 20%, but prefer to make the decision to tip on my own without being stolen from. Wouldn't patronize this place again if it was the only place open.

We know we really upset one of the owners by our last review, but if you don't get good feedback,…read moreyou can never improve. I love your restaurant. The last time I ordered takeout I got a salad with micro greens and some of the micro greens were already rotting. Nobody likes that. The toasted bun was old. We can tell it's almost a curse to have multiple taste buds and be a super taster, which is what we technically are. All we can say to the owners is that your staff, and we've been through this before with even Michelin starred restaurants that when people stop coming to your restaurant, there's something terribly wrong. We're begging the owners to please do something! When we used to go there for lunch,, I had many a happy vegan burger. Yet this is no longer the case because your staff is completely demoralized. Your food sits in the walk-in and rots because you don't have enough business. Last time we were there for lunch, or maybe it was the time before that, the bar was filled to capacity and people were laughing and joking. We were the only people in the restaurant last time we went, and then the pick up order was the death blow. Please, Owner do something! Do happy hour. Make a seasonal menu. There's something really wrong going on here and I don't see anyone addressing it. We truly hope you take this in the right spirit because we don't want our local restaurants closing, especially ones that we really enjoyed. The casual atmosphere, of the politeness and professionalism of the servers is great. One suggested we have is that your restaurant is pretty hard to find even though it's on the main street in Croton On Hudson. There are no outside signs and we walked past it so many times it's not funny. If you can't think of anything to improve your business, then if we were you, and we're not you, we would just close and cut our losses. Owners please use your imagination or ask other successful restaurants what they are doing because we know you have at least two others. Please do something to save your restaurant. We don't eat at McDonald's we never have. We've never had a fast food hamburger in our lives! It's the disgusting smell that got us and this was before I was vegan or vegetarian same goes for my husband. It would hurt us personally, even though it's not our restaurant to see you close . Maybe you overextended yourselves we have no idea, but one of the owners or investors must do something if you want to save this restaurant! DO SOMETHING! Please getting angry at us for telling our honest picky opinion is not going to pick up your sales. You should also invite feedback because then you know which mistakes you're making with the public instead of having a fit because somebody wrote a negative review of your Restaurant. If you would take the time to look at our reviews, you would see at the beginning we gave you five stars and now we just can't in all honesty and we're not gonna lie about it. Wishing you the best of luck and we know you don't like being told what to do, but you must do something unless you just are going to close this restaurant. You're paying people, except the weight staff of course, decent money we assume. Please don't waste all this effort that you already put in unless you think it's a better idea just to close. We're very sorry we had to write this review.

No attempt to make it right, we didn't hear from a manager. Funniest example of bad service I have encountered in a really long time. We were at this spot for a New Year's Eve prix fixe dinner and despite the fact that the menu offerings looked very good , the food was not up to par. The potato leek soup was so under seasoned that it was essentially flavorless. The trick about a potato leek soup is that it should have some degree of salt and pepper. I had the duck and it was decent but the skin was not crisp and the aforementioned steak was overdone, but it was nice to know that the server was at least sorry. We ordered a bottle of wine and made the best of it. We met a nice couple when we mentioned that the gentleman's steak looked like it was cooked medium rare and when he heard us he offered "yeah but it sucked". The restaurant was clearly understaffed as there was one server in the rear dining room and nobody has apparently bothered to explain that when someone says that their steak is overdone the food should be removed and replaced with something approaching what was ordered.
