Nice job GLB Solutions! I purchased an expensive sofa on a whim from a design house and didn't think through the delivery details. I was concerned with the limitations my condominium had on delivered because the elevator is small, it's a historic building and we have many attentive residents that report every minor infraction. GLB Solutions really put me at ease. The drivers called ahead to keep me informed of when they would arrive and checked to be sure we were following the guidelines the building provided for deliveries. They delivered the sofa without incident. Even though it is considered a white glove delivery service, they went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied with the delivery. Even one star is to much! They destroyed our 3 shipment all Italian Dining tables same table same customer 3 times. We paid white glow delivey they are delivering with comon carriers. None of the table even make it front of the house. We made the claim for first two shipment they said we have the pay the bill first which they destroyed and we paid claim came way less then what we paid for none delivered not complited job. Last one we insured the table. They are asking fir pay the bill for none delivered job and testroyed table. We made claim never received penny. This is how GLB solutions works. read more

I haven't Yelped in years but my experience was so terrible, I decided I had to. I just moved from Boston to South Florida. I literally had the same experience as Diana C. Well, almost the same, considering she received her furniture. I did not. After countless phone and speaking to a variety of ill-informed people they still did not understand my delivery needs. I ordered a couch from Wayfair and I also agree that they change their Delivery Service provider, as this company is giving them an awful name. I personally had never ordered from Wayfair, so my impression of them is also negative. GLB only delivers between 10-4 Monday-Friday. Also, you can only pick up furniture 10-4 Monday - Friday. I work full-time, which I assume a majority of people do also. I was called and told whoever it was that I needed 6PM or later. There is an extra fee for this, which is not an issue. I called and had to make an appointment for the following week at 6PM. Great! The next day someone called to confirm my appointment. I had to reiterate that I needed after 6PM. She told me, "Well, it is already loaded onto the truck for tomorrow at 10-2PM" How do you make appointments with no consent and an already established appointment for another day and time. As I am not available at that time, she said she would put a note for them not to deliver. I was adamant that she inform them. At 11AM the next day some man calls and tells me they are 30 mins. away from my condo to drop the sofa off and asked if they could leave it leaning up against my door - blocking the stairwell and against the rules of my condo. That's ridiculous and on top of it it was raining! Finally, I had to call Wayfair, reschedule through both parties for a 6PM move yet another week away. The day of delivery. I am called at 3PM; they are again 20 mins away. I am NOT there! Again, they ask if they can leave it leaning against my door? No! He says okay, then maybe tomorrow. We hung up and no one from their company, no supervisor, no one called to resolve the issue or reschedule my move. No one cares at all. They are rude and honestly do not give a damn about their clients. So, my Christmas gift, a couch for my new apartment - which has been an empty living room since I moved in in December. The couch was probably tossed around and likely damaged, as they clearly do not care about their business. They were so rude! After dealing with all this aggravation, I canceled my Wayfair order completely. No worth it. I'll just go to City Furniture. I will never go through Wayfair or this company. Unless, Wayfair reevaluates their Delivery Service, I won't buy from them. Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. read more

I ordered a piece of furniture online at Wayfair and it was to be delivered by GLB Solutions. Why a great company like Wayfair would use this terrible delivery company is beyond me. These guys were very late, rude and disrespectful. They are clearly dishonest and I would hope Wayfair would rethink their choice in delivery companies. This company is contracted to Sears for furniture delivery, the first time they tried to deliver a dresser to my 89 year old mothers condo in Pompano Beach they broke it on the way, being patient I reordered the product and had to wait another two weeks. They gave us one day notice for delivery so we scrambled to change our plans and make sure we were there for delivery. I was at work when the idiot driver brought the unit to the condo. He then told my elderly mother that he would not bring it in unless she ponied up some more money. Unconscionable that he would strong arm an old lady for a "tip", not a normal fee amount but whatever he could intimidate her with. When she felt she had no choice she game him $20 he brought it in and took the box off. When she asked him to screw the knobs on he demanded more money. She then told him to get out of her house. Now I have spent thousands of dollars with Sears over the years and actually did his job in California when I was in college for Sears. This jackass is lucky I was not home at the time but I am sure this coward would not have tried to pull this crap. I will never do business with Sears or their affiliated companies and they have lost a customer for life. Their response was an apology and 10% off a future purchase. Really? I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. read more
