Unfortunately, they provided a driver who did not speak English and was very frail and unwilling (or unable) to assist with loading and unloading the packages on his truck. Apparently, the service they provided was strictly that of "driver". The storage unit had to employ the services of 3 staff members, which I had to cover the charge on. What's insulting is they asked for feedback afterwards and Alex (the dispatcher) was clearly dismissive and refused to offer any refund based on the inadequate and insufficient services provided. For simple services, RC might be a safe bet but look elsewhere if you need anything more hands on.
