I love this place. This is my second time here and they are always so nice and everything is fresh. I appreciate the consistency. They have a variety of home-made doughnuts which I picked up a dozen for the office and it was such a hit! The coffee is perfect! I love how they add a cube of frozen coffee as the ice instead of actual ice so that it doesn't get watery. They have a home feel; couches where you can sit and read a book..etc. they even have a drive through for your convenience (if you already know what you want of course) Over all, I love this place!! read more

I mean... its just fried dough right? So are those horrible wax coated "chocolate" donuts you can get at grocery store. This is different. VERY different. Not because of crazy gourmet recipes. These are simple. And Amazing. They are executed well. Fried dough is supposed to have a crust to it. These do. They are not supposed to be greasy. These aren't. What struck me though was the quality of the ingredients. The chocolate tasted more like a melted chocolate bar than a sauce or dip. The bavarian cream didn't taste from a can, though its highly likely it was. There's a freshness to this place that shows the passion for just making a good product. Yes, its local, yes its boutique. Had the lovely pleasure to have this at work! The raspberry jelly filled was so fresh and the Boston cream was on point! The filled donuts are huge! I also had a chance to walk in at opening on morning, they didn't have very much filled to choose from and there are no signs saying which donuts are which. Really great donuts! I'm usually a fan of yeast donuts over cake donuts. Glazed's yeast donuts don't disappoint, but their cake donuts are fantastic! Definitely try the blueberry cake donut! It's delicious! The Boston cream came in second for us, but really you can't go wrong. The espresso blend coffee was good. I would have enjoyed a bigger coffee menu, but they haven't been open long so it's reasonable to focus on the donuts now. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. read more

I just came back from a most delicious trip to a new local Doughnut shop in Downtown Hampton. We made sure to get there right when they opened as the word was they sold out in the first two day's of being open3ed (they opened Friday 12/11/15). People must have been camped out, as there was already a line at 12:05 (opened at 12:00pm). That was my first indication we were in for a treat. The interior is large & spacious, with not only tables for families, a nice bar seating area and several two person cafe tables. But the main attraction is up front, behind the glass. Rows of fresh, hot, wonderful doughnuts peek at you from behind that glass. We went for the Dozen (Even though it was just my husband & daughter. Had to sample them all!) We went for: bluberry frosted, choc glazed, red velvet frosted, glazed , Maple Bacon glazed and the most amazing Apple Fritter i've ever eaten! I'm not ashamed to say we sat down and sampled them ALL! and its rare to say, but EVERYTHING i / we tried, we loved. My Fav was the Apple Fritter, Hubby was the glazed and Maple Bacon, and my daughter loved the Red Velvet. The textures, flavors and size of these doughnuts were all on point as well as the service behind the counter. We will definatley be back, and can't wait to see what the owners come up with next, for new flavors and offerings. A+++ read more

We've been here a few times and love their doughnuts. My husband and kids love the maple bacon, the chocolate chocolate cake is my favorite. I also love that their coffee is from a local roaster so you know it's fresh and great quality (some complain about the limited coffee menu but they are not a coffee shop). They do have a menu on their Facebook page however they change items every week or for a holiday. It's best to go early as they do sell out often (many complain about this but it shows people like the doughnuts). read more

Came here for the first time on one of the days of the most recent snow storm when everything was shut down and they were open! I came in to try a donut and I could have left with the whole store! The donut was delicious! Very light and fresh and larger than your average chain's donut which gives them more of a gourmet feel. I tried the maple bacon and was super happy with the flavor of the frosting and the bacon was real and nice and crisp. Love the atmosphere with the Netflix and seating option. Also love that they use local coffee. Great small business, wish they had more visibility from the street. read more

Have only been here twice and all I will say is you "Better call your order ahead". I was there Super Bowl Sunday and waited in line like a good customer for at least 10-15 minutes. When I get to the front a girl behind the counter asks if she can help me. Well this other girl with glasses on (Who has been pretty rude both times I've been in this place) gets off the phone and tells her "Give me a hand" even though she just asked to take my order. She then proceeds to take almost EVERY SINGLE DONUT out of the display case and start placing them in boxes. When I say every donut I'm not exaggerating. She took EVERY Red velvet, Chocolate and Maple Donut they had and put them in 3 or 4 dozen to-go boxes. I was pretty shocked at this point since not only did she interrupt the girl helping me she didn't say a SINGLE WORD to me about it. "Excuse me sir I know you have been waiting here a while and we have a big to-go order here would you like anything?" NOPE nothing. When the girl comes back after "helping" her and says what would I like my response was "Well I don't think I will be getting anything now. You just took EVERY donut out of the case except for a couple of glazed and specialty donuts.". This is when the girl with glasses chimes in with "We are working as fast as we can sir. More donuts will be out shortly. You should have called ahead".... WOW I was completely flabbergasted at that response considering I wasn't even talking to her. The tone and nasty look given to me floored me. I was then told again from some older man "You can call ahead sir next time" and I said "Yeah I understand that now but I stood here for almost 15 minutes waiting in line. I DROVE down to your business. How long before more donuts come out since she just said more were coming shortly". Well he goes to check and comes and says "Its going to be a while". So I said "Well I guess I'm leaving. You don't have anything left except a few glazed and some donut holes". To which I get told YET AGAIN "You can call your order ahead next time". I responded. "Yes I get that you have told me that 3 times now but when a customer is standing here waiting in line as long as I did it would have been professional behavior from this lady to ASK me if I wanted anything before she decided to take every single donut while I'm literally standing right in front of her." At this point the lovely young girl in glasses just lets out a loud "Hurrmmphh" noise and rolls her eyes at me. Afterwards the older man chases me out to my car as I am ready to drive away and hands me some donut holes "Here you go for coming all the way out here". I explained this was a kind gesture but he really needs to have a talk with the girl in glasses because that was an EXTREMELY unprofessional way to treat a customer. Giving me some donut holes doesn't make up for it or excuse her behavior. If not for this man I would give it one star. I simply will take my business elsewhere from now on but again customer beware and call ahead because taking the time to physically show up and patronize their business means little to nothing to them apparently if someone calls and places and order while you are there waiting in line. read more
