Came in to redeem some points and ended up getting looped into another 3 cookies. One of which I was super excited for, the brownie with pb filling. Not sure what happened and this has never happened before but this was a literal rock. It was as hard as a hockey puck. I slammed it against the table and it didn't break or smush. I sent an email in and didn't hear anything for 3 days so I called and spoke to the manager and she replaced them with 3 never cookies. With the new ones, they were pretty decent. I always love coming here. I really like that they have rotating cookie flavors. Today I got the rocky road and the chocolate covered strawberry. I loved the rocky road but the chocolate covered strawberry was just ok. It it odd to me that there are only kiosks to order from, but it definitely makes ordering go a lot faster. When receiving your order, they always show you the cookies to make sure they look ok. It is great that they do this in case they have given you the wrong flavor or if something is missing. Well, I gotta hand it to Crumbl. They really tried to make it right. I mean they gave me a voucher to make up for the crappy cookies and filthy location. But...I should have just asked for a refund. After trying the other Crumbl location in my area I can say they're a little better tasting? Still raw in the center. Gave my mom a terrible bout of diarrhea! It was nice to try them without having to pay the ridiculous price but honestly? They suck. They just don't taste good. You know how when you bake cookies, they taste so good they actually say "more"? These don't. These say "meh". And they certainly do NOT make me want to eat them ever again. After having breakfast at First Watch, my girlfriend and I headed over to this place next door to see what cookies to buy. This location opened up a while back (I think this is the 2nd location in Hampton Roads) and has some good reviews. They whip up cookies, ice cream and milkshakes: talk about sweet tooth cravings. Upon walking inside, we were immediately greeted by the staff. Basically, you go up to the counter and do your selections by touchscreen. Also, they have a display of all their cookie flavors to choose from. My girlfriend didn't want anything so I went solo, picking Peanut Butter Brownie and Honeycomb. Both flavors were 2 of 4 selections that were part of a weekly rotation which was the last day so I lucked out. At the end of the day, both were delicious. The PB brownie was full of chocolate, especially the peanut butter based topping, but was soft with every bite. And the honeycomb, which was an oak cookie with a honey-based drizzle topped with chocolate covered honeycomb, was very good as well. Overall, very impressive. Looks like Hampton Roads, particularly the Peninsula, has another grand spot for desserts. This won't be our last stop :) read more

Finally made it to Crumbl to check out the cookie craze. Had heard great things but not been able to verify. First off the menu is pretty limited. I came at the end of October so maybe that was the reason for 4 candy cookie flavors. Putting store bought candy on a cookie doesn't make it $5 worthy. I went with their famous milk chocolate chip cookie and wasn't impressed. It was served warm, but that makes every cookie taste better. Which is totally fine. They have the option where you order with the cashier or you can order at the self serving kiosk. They offer cookies, ice cream, milk, etc. They offer cookies either by the single, or in a pack of multiple. A single cookie is $4.95. We got the famous chocolate chip cookie and also their cake batter blondie. Not too long after ordering our cookies, one of the staff opened the box to show us our cookies prior to leaving just to make sure it all looked good. They were fresh + warm. Crumbl advertises as a gourmet cookie spot, and that's exactly what it is. It's rich, it's huge, and it's filling. Crispy edges, but a doughy center. It was really yummy. But for the type of person I am and as much as I love cookies, I can settle for a cheaper alternative to get my cookie fix on most days. So, we have never been here before. We saw Crumbl Cookies on our way to another place. We made sure we stopped by on our way out. OMG, well worth the stop. It may seem pricey, about $4.50 a cookie, but, let me tell you they are worth every penny. They make six different cookies a week. I was very excited to see a new business in Hampton today! There was a large crowd the first time I rode by, but it dwindled down by this evening. The lighting, ambience, and aroma are very appealing. The wait wasn't too long and the staff were very friendly. The menu is quite simple to read and in addition, the cookie offerings are displayed on the counter. A sign says the flavors change weekly. The cookies are a good size; the smaller ones on display are for catering only. As a family of four, we ordered the four pack. Our choices were: Milk Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Hot Chocolate, and Red Velvet White Chip. Their process to verify order before purchase was great (they turn the screen around). You can also add a personalized message, which prints on a label placed on your package. Super cute! I didn't wait long at all for the cookies to be ready. The staff member brought it over and confirmed that it was each cookie we ordered. The personalized label was there too. When I arrived home, the cookies were still warm. However, when I bit into the milk chocolate chip, I tasted butter, sugar, and cookie mix, however, it was not a blend. It almost seemed like the batter was not beaten well and the cookie tasted undercooked. After all of the anticipation, I didn't finish my cookie. The other 3 were eaten and enjoyed, however my review is based upon my experience. 3 STARS! I would forego a lot of the aforementioned fanciness for a better tasting cookie, especially one that costs almost $5! read more

My husband and I come here wayyyyy too often. My best piece of advice is to NEVER try Crumbl or you will become as addicted as we are! This store is clean, has friendly employees, and I'm always happy with the speediness and quality of the cookies we are served. Super quick review for those with a sweet tooth. Made a stop at he shop for a little treat. The shop is relatively new in the Pennisula Town Center area of Hampton. So location makes I ideal to go do other stuff (dinner, movies, bar hop, etc) before eating sweets. The shop is pretty much self order/check out. The have somebody manning a register at counter should prefer that and have any questions. Staff was young, energetic and friendly. Prices pretty consistent with a cupcake shop. The cookies looked good and taste good. We had molded lava (chocolate with fudge inside), white chocolate, key lime and peanut butter. The were all delicious. I'm not a huge sweets person (my daughter is) and I can say the sweetness wasn't overpowering which allowed me to enjoy the cookies.
