They have preserved the heritage and architecture so beautifully it gives the entire venue such a sophisticated, storied allure. The layout is simply divine. They offer a chic bar area, elegant indoor seating, and a breathtaking balcony that is absolutely the premier spot to watch the sunset over the water. It is a perfect 10/10 for ambiance alone! The hospitality was equally impressive. My waiter was remarkably gracious, walking me through a menu that surprisingly featured quite a few complimentary touches and wonderful selections. On his recommendation, I opted for the Lobster Corn Dog a delightfully whimsical, high-low culinary twist that was executed to perfection. During our lovely chat, the waiter mentioned they are under fabulous new ownership, and the passion truly shows. As someone newer to sharing my thoughts on Yelp, I can confidently say this is a premier destination that deserves a flawless score. A must-visit if you appreciate history, views, and impeccable charm!

Menu with something for everyone; classic options along with some different, more adventurous stuff if so inclined. I enjoyed my halibut, as well as the salmon I had a few bites of -- it was perfectly cooked. I was super impressed with the risotto. Awesome flavor and the chicken was so well-seasoned. They have a solid cocktail list here, too. Friendly service and great food will have us coming back to try more! Our only gripe was that the olives appetizer should come with more bread :P

A most pleasant weekday afternoon was spent here, enjoying a couple of beers. The American Lager…read more"Keets" was light and crisp, perfect for sipping as I wrote a few reviews from a very nice table against the wall. Power and wifi worked well and it was quiet here today. Storm Stayed has a large seating area with mostly communal tables but some at the bar. I'd call it "Scandinavian" style with light wood colors and not a lot of decoration. Over in the kitchen, a few options that pair well with the beers such as hot dogs and pretzels. Outside seating is also available but too hot today for that! The beer list is constantly changing as they make new ones. Many/most of their beers are available to go. A great option for chilling and I'm glad I landed here for a while! I'm SO happy to have a craft brewery in my neighborhood. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Just a short walk from my house, I can now enjoy a craft beer in a unique environment. Storm Stayed has lots of their own beers plus lots of guest brews to choose from. I had two types, their Daybreak (blonde ale), and their Bad Math. Both were very refreshing and SO delicious. Having been to a few small craft brewers here in town, I'd say that Storm Stayed had the best taste hands down! In addition to great beer, they have lots of seating and lots of games you can pick up and play. I love that they push a 'sit anywhere' policy. I'm sure on busy evenings, this would be a great way to meet people! Storm Stayed gets a half a mark off for overall atmosphere. If you are looking for something cozy and intimate, this may not work for you. With its tall, bare, white walls, large spaces between tables, and echo-y acoustics, it can feel kind of cold and cavernous. The top 40 music being played from the tiny speaker in the corner didn't really fit in either. These things, however, will not keep me away. I'm excited to stop in for more brews that Storm Stayed cooks up! They are always adding unique flavors and guest taps. They also host small events like bike workshops. I need to come back to try their small selection of locally made food. The pretzels sounded amazing.

The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the bartender made us feel like regulars even though it was our first time. They specialize in ales and lagers made with regional ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into each brew. Every one we tried, and I think we tried them all- was incredible. The beer engine was a standout, excited to see one in the states, made the pour was incredibly smooth and full of character. They also had a seltzer that was Honestly one of the best I've ever had. Served on ice with a garnish, it was super m refreshing and surprisingly flavorful. No food menu but they did have chips and even a NA drink option. Between the great drinks, the friendly atmosphere, and the unique touches you don't find everywhere, this place really made our trip. If you're in the area, definitely check out Florian East Brewery.

There's a nice elevated area where you can sit in the windows. We sat up at the bar. They only had four beers on tap, but I'm sure that will change as they get up and running because there were more taps. The beers were very good. I will come back in a few months and see what new beers they have. The patrons all seemed to really enjoy themselves.
