It's a little dark inside but the big front windows let light in. We chose the sit at the U shaped bar and met our bartender, Shelby. She was a lovely guide helping us newbies choose beers, wine, and food. It was happy hour which gave us a small discount on beers and the breadtzels. I sampled a few beers and started with an orange sangria. Was a little sweet for me. Went back to the watermelon lime cream ale which was better. Happy to learn none of their cream ales contain lactose. She recommended the breadtzels which were tasty. Even offered to remove the butter if I wanted. There wasn't much on the menu that was plant based so good thing I didn't come there to eat. Excited to come back and try more of their creations. It's a bit outdated, kind of dark inside, and the tables are usually a little sticky. They also close off some tables later in the evening, even when it's not that busy, which can be confusing. Still, we keep coming back. The food and drinks are good, and the staff is kind. Just hoping they give the place a little refresh to match the good stuff coming out of the kitchen and taps.
