Great service. The mobile installer was quick and efficient. He wanted to make sure it gets done before it rains. The price is affordable.

They took care of my insurance process as well as did the repair in a speedy and professional manner. The entire time they communicated with me and were very friendly and extremely helpful. If I ever find myself needing glass repair on the east coast I will definitely come back to this location.

I had an appt for a windshield repair at my place of work between 8a-12p. I tried to contact customer service and they told me same thing. it's quicker to go in the office , and ahe could t schedule me for about 3 weeks. she tried that approach 3 times. she finally scheduled me for next week . Safelite advertises " we come to you" service but they do everything to avoid that!! there was no reason to not do the repair at 8am. it was gorgeous weather !! Sadly, I used them once last year for a small chip. The repairman responded and proceeded to shatter the entire windshield trying to fix it!! Then had to go 40 miles to the nearest office to have it fixed. I even emailed the president of the company and still have received no response. I probably will never get one!! stay away and go elsewhere. they aren't reliable at all and are misleading for sure!

I had a windshield replaced about a year and a half ago, and thought the service was great…read more However, I wrecked that car, and decided it was time for a DIY removal of the windshield, to put into another of the same model that I bought. (It had a cracked windshield.) When I started removing the windshield that these people had installed, I found they had done a VERY poor job. Most of the right edge and bottom edge was NOT glued in place. I could see daylight where solid sealant should have been! There was only about 3 inches, total, securing the right edge, and perhaps 8 inches securing the bottom edge. Why is this bad? In modern cars, the windshield is glued in place with a specific urethane glue, and once cured, this becomes part of the structure of the vehicle, helping to keep the roof from collapsing during a rollover. This lack of urethane would have allowed the windshield to pop out and the roof collapse, a serious safety hazard. This shoddy workmanship was concealed by the rubber gasket that goes around the windshield, so I didn't see it until we removed it in preparation to removing the windshield. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
