Price was more then half of what a big nationwide company quoted me. Communication was through messaging on his website and response was always timely and polite. I scheduled an appointment a few days later. I was home earlier then expected, told him he could arrive early if he wanted. He showed up 30 min. Early, was very polite on the phone. I showed him my car and left him to it. 30 to 45 min. Later, He called and he was done! Even transferred all of my parking and tx tag stickers too. He was so nice and very timely - highly recommended and will use him next time I need repairs or a replacement on any of my cars

I left a Facebook review for them and the response I got was being called a liar and ignored. seems from their response they didn't follow their own protocol which explains the service I received. I am not able to post pictures so I will copy paste the interaction. My post- "I took my truck to them last year, not impressed, they didn't clean up at all left a mess all over my dash board. And weren't careful, nicked my roof liner and such. Didn't say a word. I picked up after hours so I couldnt talk to anyone. Until Monday. Nothing was offered to compensate just a sorry it happens." Their response-"We're sorry to hear you had a negative impression. We reviewed our records, but we weren't able to find a customer file that matches your name or the details you shared. We'd be happy to look further into it if you're able to provide more information. Additionally, we don't offer after-hours pickup--our process requires a signed release and payment before any vehicle is returned to ensure everything meets our customer's expectations. We make it a priority to treat every vehicle with care and to leave it clean and properly finished before it goes out the door. We prioritize every customer interaction. We want every customer to be happy they choose Novus!" My last response they didn't acknowledge-" NOVUS Glass of Longmont it was 3/7/2024. Chevy Tahoe. And as offended as I am by the implication of being a liar, I assure you my truck was picked up after hours and guarantee you have no signature from me for pick up, I spoke to no one in person but do retain proof of work. that being said this is an instance that has bothered me and when looking for another windshield recently and remembering this experience, felt it necessary to write my review. The fact that you would imply me lying about the situation further supports the service I received. If I were to provide proof of this interaction are you offering some sort of compensation or are you simply trying to disregard my review?" Clearly not accountable and unwilling to even communicate about the issues I had. I would never recommend this location due to the issues I received and the lack of concern/acknowledgment.

It took 2.5 months to repair hail damage to my vehicle. Be aware they will not order your parts…read moreuntil they have the vehicle in their possession. This caused additional delays. It was frustrating as insurance would only cover 30 days of a rental. When I got my vehicle back, there were problems/vehicle damage as a result of them taking the vehicle apart to complete the original repairs. Communication during the process was lacking. Apparently the original person overseeing the job left during the process and we paid the price. The hail damage was repaired fairly decently, but beware of the issues related to communication, length of time needed, and additional damage that could result from PDR and replacement of vehicle parts.

I researched the entire area from Fort Collins all the way down to south Denver. After extensive research I chose to go with Ray Reductions and I am very glad I did. Ray Reductions was one of several clear bra and tinting shops I called and actually visited. I was impressed by Ray Reductions shop's cleanliness and organization. Also the employees were very polite and took the time to explain how and where they would apply product including the fact they take the time to remove door panels to properly apply tinting. When I asked for a price I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the price was compared to other shops. Not only was the price lower, but the amount of work and product was more. After making the decision to go with Ray Reductions, they were very accommodating on when they would schedule the work. I have included some before and after photos of the work they performed, however it is difficult to see the actual quality of the work. I have had 5 cars now where I minimally have had tint put on the car. This by far is the highest quality job I have ever seen. You can just tell with every inch they touched that they took extra care and showed they care about and take pride in their work. They even put clear bra on my head lights and because of they shape they took the time to cut and fit the pieces perfectly. They exceeded my expectations tremendously. I am happy to know of a clear bra and tint shop that I can not only highly recommend to my friends but also to my family. If you're in the market for this type of work I would definitely call around to check prices and products. That way you will know that you are getting an incredible job for the price at Ray Reductions. Even after the job was done and I paid my bill, one of the owners took the time to actually explain how to clean and maintain the tinting and clear bra. This information was very helpful. I had never had a shop where I had work done before take the time to explain care. I really appreciated this extra time and effort by the owner.
