I left a Facebook review for them and the response I got was being called a liar and ignored. seems from their response they didn't follow their own protocol which explains the service I received. I am not able to post pictures so I will copy paste the interaction. My post- "I took my truck to them last year, not impressed, they didn't clean up at all left a mess all over my dash board. And weren't careful, nicked my roof liner and such. Didn't say a word. I picked up after hours so I couldnt talk to anyone. Until Monday. Nothing was offered to compensate just a sorry it happens." Their response-"We're sorry to hear you had a negative impression. We reviewed our records, but we weren't able to find a customer file that matches your name or the details you shared. We'd be happy to look further into it if you're able to provide more information. Additionally, we don't offer after-hours pickup--our process requires a signed release and payment before any vehicle is returned to ensure everything meets our customer's expectations. We make it a priority to treat every vehicle with care and to leave it clean and properly finished before it goes out the door. We prioritize every customer interaction. We want every customer to be happy they choose Novus!" My last response they didn't acknowledge-" NOVUS Glass of Longmont it was 3/7/2024. Chevy Tahoe. And as offended as I am by the implication of being a liar, I assure you my truck was picked up after hours and guarantee you have no signature from me for pick up, I spoke to no one in person but do retain proof of work. that being said this is an instance that has bothered me and when looking for another windshield recently and remembering this experience, felt it necessary to write my review. The fact that you would imply me lying about the situation further supports the service I received. If I were to provide proof of this interaction are you offering some sort of compensation or are you simply trying to disregard my review?" Clearly not accountable and unwilling to even communicate about the issues I had. I would never recommend this location due to the issues I received and the lack of concern/acknowledgment.

I waited, and waited, and waited and no one bothers to contact me about the work they missed and when they are going to make it up. So I text to ask, and I'm told I must call only. So I call, I met with rudeness and I'm put to the end of the line to wait over another week for another appointment. When didn't bother to show up to the first appointment. Today I picked up my car from their Clear Choice side of the business after getting a full front-end clearbra installed. First of all, their work is again outstanding, with great attention to detail. Also, they have ditched 3M in favor of Suntek PPK for the film used, and I have to say I am very impressed. I've had 3M before, and always it ended up being a bit foggy, with noticeable orangepeel when you could actually get it to shine. Bug splats were next to impossible to remove. The Suntek film is "self-healing" -- pour hot water on it and it smooths out the inevitable swirls and marks that can appear over time. I'm looking forward to seeing how it works out, but so far it looks far better than I ever expected. If anything, the car shines more, and there's no way you can see there's a film on it unless you can spot an edge. Clear Choice/Details Plus is on the higher end, cost-wise. But it's worth the difference, and they stand by their work. I've been generally fortunate in my past experiences with other vendors, but I've seen far too many botched jobs to skimp on something like this.
