The window company associated with our insurance does not have any availability to do a replacement until the week after, and we really needed to get back home. A local auto repair shop recommended Mels. The crew from the front desk to their kind installer was able to install a new windshield the next day, without any delays. They also helped with removing some of the shards from the broken window. Their service charges are reasonable given the emergent need for a replacement . Thank you again for helping us out.

At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. He was personable, explained the process, & made me feel confident he was the man for the job (he was!). It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. I really appreciate that he went above, & beyond to take my car to the shop to calibrate there versus on site, which had sub-par conditions (not Mel's fault at all, of course). Thanks for making this as painless as possible!

Almost month later. And my car wasn't finished. I didn't get my car back until almost the end of September. They had to repair the driver's door and frame because a truck backed into it and put a large hole it and damaged it and the rear tire on the passenger side they said. I could not believe that they had my car so long. I had had another car repaired some years ago from a driver damaging the radiator and the front hood from hitting me in the front and the placevthat I took it to in Western Hills had it fixed in a week. That's crazy.

My car has been signed out of the tow shop for them to receive for over a month now. They informed me last week they had all of the parts for the repair. Today, one day before I was supposed to pick it up, they messaged me to let me know it wouldn't be ready until next week. That is unacceptable. They have had my car for over a month now for a bumper and suspension repair. I was relying on their consistent messaging that my vehicle would be ready on a specific date. Even an extra day or two would've not been the end of the world. I was supposed to take the car camping this weekend and now I don't have a vehicle big enough for the trip. Not to mention that it took me 8 calls today to get that information. Only after my eighth call did I finally receive my first call back to tell me that it wouldn't be ready until at least the middle of next week.

Tammy helped me with the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable in the entire process . I called at around 10am to get my two front windows done and she was able to get me in THAT DAY at 3pm due to a cancellation. It took less than an hour and was reasonably priced for the high end tint I received. I also want to point out their very simple online free quote. I was quoted $209 dollars for everything I wanted and payed that EXACT amount at the end. There were zero hidden free or add ons which I really appreciate! I plan to recommend Eclipse to friends and family from now on!!

A product and service that you can see to believe!…read more I've been using Eclipse Window Tinting for many years now and they've treated at least three of my vehicles, if not more. In each case, the service and product have always exceeded my expectations. Their process is easy. They're always friendly and helpful if you give them a call and ask questions. Even more helpful for those who've not had windows tinted before. Going a step further, they have plenty of great samples and examples to show if you visit their facility. I'd recommend this, if you're new to tinting, to get a first hand look of the product and a clear idea of what to expect. I've gone with multiple levels and qualities of tint on my vehicles. I can say that from all of the options that I have purchases, they've all come with a warranty that backs the product and their workmanship. The warranty will NOT cover any dings or chips within the tint. That's on you. So if you're the one who lets the seatbelt fly every time you get out of your car, that seatbelt will leave a mark on the window tint film. So be cautious of that. I've never had to return to Eclipse for an issue. Some of my vehicles have had tint for over 4 years and I've noticed no fading, bubbling, peeling, discoloration etc. It literally looks as it did the day I had it installed. Like with some things, window tinting comes with rules. Some do not like ammonia based cleaners or other specified chemicals in glass cleaning products. Know your tint and follow the rules. Also, you don't want to roll your window down for a minimum of 3 days, but up to 7 days. The installation process requires the tint film to "cure" a bit. Rolling the windows up and down could potentially disrupt the position of the film on the window. This too is on YOU, so pay attention. If you follow the few rules that window tint film has, you'll be good to go and know that the products that Eclipse carries are of the highest quality. In Nov 2025, I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE tinted all the way around. Obviously not the windshield. In total, it was $399. I called on a Monday or Tuesday, scheduled for Friday and they got the job done in about 90 minutes. I've had them finish up faster but what I sometimes do is, bring two cars. Drop off the car to be tinted. Go out to lunch and, if it isn't already finished, your car should be ready in no time at all. Fast, friendly service and quality products. Nothing wrong with that. Would I go back? Obviously, yes. This is my go-to for window film and I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.
