Glamour Nails has been open for a few years now and is my go-to for pedicures because they are literally across the parking lot from my condo building. The prices are very reasonable and most of the time they have a very large polish section (though sometimes the wall appears pretty empty I think that's more that they haven't been replacing the polish bottles after they have been used for an appointment than a lack of selection). The decor is sparse and there are definitely no extras but the salon is always clean and bright. They do a good job and most of the ladies even give leg massages with their pedis. I've only ever had a negative experience once when a lady cut me and didn't say anything. I saw her do it and waited for her to apologize (she never did, her eyes just got really wide as she watched me start to bleed a little bit and then she scrambled to replace the tool she had been using). On that note, none of the ladies say much of anything at all to you throughout the entire process so if you are ok with relative silence while your service is done then you'll be fine here. If you want some place a little more chatty and upscale you'd be better off elsewhere. read more

Friendly staff, clean place, but horrible jobs done all 3 times I've gone to get a manicure and gel polish to strengthen my nails, I only have one arm so I must pay for nail care, and each time my nails looked great for about an hour, then were getting scratched and chipped, and parts of their gel were falling off completely...I don't know if it's because of poor training or low quality polishes, but I will NOT be visiting again, any other salon has lasted a month or longer until they grow out too much. read more

I called around 1230 pm to see if I could get in around 1:30 for a pedicure, I was told no, so I proceeded to book elsewhere. Fast forward to 1 pm and I get a call asking if I had phoned for an appointment, I said yes for a pedicure around 130. I was told to come in as someone had no showed. I show up approximately 10 minutes later and the lady who I spoke to on the phone looked shocked when I said I was here for a pedicure. She looked at me and said, "no, for a manicure." I replied with "no, for pedicure." Then everyone went into a tizzy. They sat me down in a chair about 5 minutes later and then proceeded to tell the couple sitting beside me that their pedicures would be broken up since they were now overbooked. Umm, that's not how you run a business. They were here first so obviously I told them that they should be done first, but why are you calling me to come in when there is no one here to accommodate me and why are you trying to tell the people that were here before me that they have to be done separately now because of your mess up. I enjoy going to this nail salon. It is clean, the staff is friendly and they do great nails. The prices are typical of other nails similar to them. I get a regular pedicure for $35 every couple of months. I think it is better to make an appointment to ensure your spot. They do welcome walk ins, but I have been turned away because it was too busy. Which I am ok with rather then them saying yes and waiting for an hour like some places I've been. Overall great place for a little pampering for a reasonable price. read more

This is my go-to place for pedicures! The staff are friendly and efficient, and the prices are very affordable! The owner, who is almost always there, is very polite and welcoming. I always leave happy and with pretty toes! My only wish is that they'd play better shows on the tv. When I was last there the place was filled with women and they were playing a fishing show... I wanted to love it here. It's a great location and a friend of mine said it was pretty good for being one of the "quicker" places to go. I went in for a simple manicure, and at the very beginning the tech cut my nails so short even after I asked her to keep some length. Then she didn't pay attention when she was trimming the cuticles and cut my finger. It wouldn't stop bleeding, and she then proceeded to tell me that it was from my own nail. I didn't receive any type of hand massage at all - she didn't even rub the lotion in. She slapped a little on the tops of my hands and then rubbed it off with the warm towel. No base coat was used and the biggest concern was the fact that it really didn't seem like they took pride in keeping things sanitary. The tools weren't in any type of solution and the towel at my station was disgusting. I normally go to Binh's for my mani/pedi fix but thought I'd give this place a try since it is closer to home. Unfortunately my first visit will also be my last, which is super disappointing. #wasteofmoney read more

Really poor service, felt like the employees were not friendly or courteous in welcoming me to the salon. Almost no selection in nail polish colors, about 1/4 the standard nail salons. They remove shellac polish with a drill and don't take the time to scrape it with an instrument or have you dip your nails in acetone. I asked for glitter ombré, showed a picture and the lady tried a couple other designs before admitting she did not know how to do it. She had to repaint and restart those nails. At the end she let me know she spent a lot of time with me and expected "extra". It was really disappointing. read more

I rarely ever complain but my direct contact with them this morning seemed futile . My daughter, grand daughter and I have used this salon several times and been pleased with the service and cleanliness and cost. Yesterday my 16 year old grand daughter and I were quoted a price and I left the cash with her to pay when her nails were done . When she got to the till the cost had escalated and she was short of funds . Her nails are well done but $89.00 is excessive from the quoted $75.00 . The $75 was well beyond what we usually pay .I will no longer support my local nail salon . The loss of 3 customers is significant as well as the word of mouth discussions . Too bad this happened and I am very disappointed ! read more

I always get great service, and I love that the salon doesn't smell like chemicals. I go here all the time since I live so close. I glanced over others' comments but don't need my nail techs to talk to me, so if they don't make small talk, I am perfectly happy! Also I find they are very gentle and friendly. read more
