Judy did a beautiful job on my nails! I had the dip powder, French mani style, done. They look gorgeous, I've received many compliments on my nails! Judy's work is very professional and she truly cares about each client. This salon is very clean, with friendly workers. I highly recommend Glamour Nails! read more

Unless Judy is doing your nails don't bother. I was seeing her for two years and then she started passing me off to the other nail techs the quality of the product and customer service experience went way down. Either they were rushing to get it done and grunting if I glanced at my phone. Or they would take two hours to do a dip set. The final straw was when I went to get a Mani Pedi two weeks ago for a vacation I was going on. I got French gel on my toes and dip on my nails. Two days into my vacation my nails were discolored and breaking off :( not to mention it cost me $200 for that mani pedi ($160 + tip) and I was there for three hours read more

I can't tell if this was the owner. But she was rude while doing my nails about a year ago and I found better nail techs on main st.

I came for a pedicure for the first time at this place - the spa chair is really great- actually massages the knots from my back. Layla did a fabulous job, taking her time w all aspects of the service. My feet feel great- and the massage on my legs and feet was also better than other places! I'll be back! read more

I took my mother and sister here for acrylic nails for their birthdays. While waiting for them one of the staff asked if I wanted a pedi. Though I was not planning on getting a pedi I agreed. The staff who was giving me the pedi asked if I wanted a spa pedi. I clearly said no but she gave me a spa pedi anyways. I think there was a language barrier so the staff didn't understand that I said no. Then she noticed that one of my fingernails was chipped and asked me if I wanted the nail trimmed. I agreed thinking that she was only going to trim the chipped nail. The staff proceeded to trim and buff all my fingernails which I quickly figured out wasn't for free. At the end of the pedi the staff proceeded to put my socks on which made me very uncomfortable, getting in my personal space. Why would you want to touch a complete strangers socks??? I am fully capable of putting on my own socks. The staff were VERY aggressive with their sales tactics, asking my mother and sister if they wanted a pedi and a massage and recommending more expensive nail services. I ended up paying $200 for services that should have cost no more than $100. I didn't come to GN to be hassled into paying for extra services that I didn't want. And yes I did clearly say that I didn't want the extra services but it was too late. Will not be returning and I will not recommend GN to friends or family! read more

This is the best salon/spa! Judy does a lovely job on my nails, and waxes. The pedicures are great! Everyone that works here is friendly and professional. The salon is very clean. I highly recommend Glamour Nails & Spa. read more

I look forward to getting my nails done, and paying 98 bucks plus tip for a gel mani/pedi I would hope to have it done well. She rushed thru it, didn't want to spend the time wrapping my nails to get the old gel off. So she uses the power tool sander. She went so deep into my nails in spots that it is sore and you can see how thin and fragile my once beautiful nails now are. They are bumpy and all over just rushed. When I mentioned something while at the salon I was completely ignored. Very sad, I was a repeat customer who tipped well and told people to visit this place. I will NEVER go back there. Not only did she hurt me and gouge multiple nails, she didn't care at all when I tried to show her and still charged me full price. Terrible. read more

Very clean. I have been going to GN for many years and never had an issue. Nobody does it better then they do. Love Tammy and Tom. Duo team. read more

OVERCHARGED 1st time to this business & will NEVER return again! $30 to remove gel nail polish from very short nails & toes when told removal only nothing else.. because she went ahead with trim & file she said that was extra. Mind you, I said no need several times & she did what she wanted anyways...horrible place that rip people off & don't listen to their customer! read more

Enjoyable experience at Glamour Nails & Spa in Holden. All CDC protocols followed for safety and cleanliness. A bit pricey but a wonderful pedicure by a woman who was unhurried and thorough. Thank you. read more

Minny is amazing. I only had 45 minutes to come in and get my nails shortened, dip removed and reapplied and she did it flawlessly. She was personable, kind and talented. I love how convenient this was, I will certainly be going back specifically to her, she valued my time, preferences and was simply the best. read more

Wonderful salon. Stopped in and they took me immediately. My nail tech was extremely kind and professional. Asked me questions to ensue I felt comfortable and relaxed. I had a few cuts on my fingers and she was very gentle. Was a wonderful experience! I will absolutely stop in again if I am in the area. read more

I always get the Pearl Spa pedicure. AMAZING each and every time. I cannot say enough good things about the welcome, wait time without an appointment, incredible amount of massage time spent on feet & legs, and so forth. Just the best. read more

Best manicure I've ever received! I realized after I left that I made an appointment at a different salon, but the women at Glamour Nails + Spa took me immediately (even though it was a day before a big holiday) and the tech spent ~1.5 hours on my nails, making sure each one was perfectly perfect. So good! Wish I lived closer. I would go ALL THE TIME. read more

I have been going to Glamour Nails for a long time. Love the variety of services and the friendliness of all the employees. I have referred GN to many people. Everyone there is wonderful but I specifically make appointments with Tammy for nails and toes. My daughter loves Anna. When you walk in everyone says hello and they bid you goodbye when you leave. All salons can get busy and there may be times you have to wait, but it's an unpredictable business. I have the option to wait or reschedule if they are running behind. But it is not often I run into this issue! I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. My daughter and I had a 5:15 appointment. Still waiting an hour later! They don't even care. Then told me they were sorry and proceeded to ignore us. Never again! read more

I walked in to this salon 15 minutes after it opened without an appointment scheduled. I waited a few moments before seeking out someone who worked there as no one was around. I asked for a pedicure and was promptly shown to a chair. However after soaking for five minutes the owner came over to tell me "she'll be with you after she finishes her breakfast" referring to another employee. the staff took no issue with being on their cell phones while providing nail services to customers throughout my visit. If you are looking for a customer focused experienced this is not the place for you. When asked to pay I was educated on a stamped rewards card they would give me for each visit if I pay in cash. I never carry cash. Upon paying with a credit card I was charged a "tax" because I used a card which I'm pretty sure is not lawful. Thankfully my toes came out looking decent so it wasn't a total waste. I won't be returning anytime soon. read more

My friend is new to town and we decided to get our nails and feet done before the holiday. The first place we went was so busy and we didn't have time to wait. So we tried here. We came in and like most nails salons were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We explained what we were here for and they told us we'd have about a 10-15 min. We waited about a half hour, which wasn't that big of a deal. I was sat with a woman I couldn't communicate with. Everything she needed to ask me something or I asked her something we needed a middle man. Someone came in for a "special" pedicure and my friend lost her tech and was given someone who repeatedly hurt her and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Also during our mediocre pedicures another tech had set up a woman and walked away, but she left the water running and it started overflowing all over the floor. Never have I ever witnessed such an unorganized salon! Later i was asked where my polish was and said I had wanted a French manicure on my toes. They techs once again switched because my lady couldn't do it. My new tech brings over a basket full of French manicure products and takes out a white design paint. She began to paint crooked lines across my big toe! I decided to just get a color to be safe! After being greeted at the door not one person smiled at us or was polite. We were just another number! And the pedicures took so long we didn't have enough time to get our manicures! I would recommend trying somewhere else first!!! read more

I am appalled at the owners attitude. I would never recommend this nail salon. I had a French manicure and was asked if I wanted a gel and I told them no. A few days later the the tips started to chip off ( normal) but the nail bed was thick with polish that would not come off. I tried two different polish removers at home with no success. I went back to the salon to ask the owner why I couldn't get the polish off that I had never experienced that before. Her reply was " what do I want" . I said I would just like the polish removed. To make a long story short... She was rude to me, would not speak to me privately, and made me feel stupid in front of her coworkers and clients. i only wanted to have an apology and get the polish off. I believe it was not nail polish but a gel or shellac. She used straight acetone to take it off and then my nail beds were white and I asked her about that and she said that was normal. I have noticed that they reuse the toe dividers, do not sterilize their pedicure sinks, and utensils. The board of health will be called. I hope this review helps you in your choice in a salon. read more

glamour nails is the best! The nail polish stays on for so long and it always sets the mood! The employees know what they are doing and they shape your nails very well! I've always went to glamour nails and I have tried a few others, but they have always been the #1 nail salon in my opinion read more

Stay far away! Went for a French pedi. 2 days later I notice my toe is red and swollen. Went to urgent care, was diagnosed with an infection due to the pedicure. Stopped by to explain to the manager(?) what happened and she accused me of banging my toe on something and completely denied and argued the doctors diagnosis. 2 prescriptions later my toe is looking a little better. Clearly I'll never go back! Zero stars if I could! read more

I called Glamour nails a week in advance to book an appointment because I had a wedding. I wanted to get a price for a mani/pedi. I get the price for and I ask around and was told I got a good price so I canceled with another salon. I went into the chair a little nervous, then the little girl started to do the pedicure and cut my toe, Do you think she could have warned me that she was going to put this green liquid solution on my toe... Oh no, it stung OMG! Then they ask about my nails and I said I wanted a gel french manicure, they said the tips are better for you and me being a rookie at this I didn't know what to say.. So guess what I got, the tips.. So 2 1/2 hours later, which I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours tops. I went to pay and it was nearly double what I was quoted and You guessed it the manager/owner did NOTHING. I told her I was quoted this price and she said I must have misunderstood what the girl told me and I said how can I misunderstand a quoted price on the phone. She asked who I talked to and I said I don't know, why don't you look up who took my appointment and she said she doesn't know who took the call...She didn't care at all.. I was so pissed when I got home I called back.. I told she was horrible to me and she should take care of the situation. I told her that I would NEVER set foot in that place again and would tell everyone who would listen how awful I was treated there and she didn't care She told me she wouldn't fix or even work with me on anything. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 10/7/17 I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 IF I COULD! Debbie read more

They always do a great job. The only thing is, you can't put the tip on the credit card, it can only be cash. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars.

I have been here several times. I keep giving it another chance because I live so close. Every time I have gone there a different person has either cut my foot or my finger. The polish they use, & I get gel, doesn't last for more than 2 days. I brought a guy with me this last time & they scrubbed so hard on his foot he had a blood blister! I told them I couldn't stay for more than an hour & 1/2 & they say no problem just so you'll sit, & they had a 14 year old little girl do my feet & she had no idea what she was doing. I had to help her. It took over 2 hours! The girl didn't give me the proper spa treatment but they still charged me $73! Even when I told the owner what happened. She didn't care. My gel manicure was chipped 2 days after & they wouldn't even fix it. I've never written a bad review of any business before, but this was warranted. Nobody should go there. I found another nail salon right around the corner in the big y plaza. So for anyone who lives in this area, just know you have other choices. It's shameful that Glamour Nails can even be in business as bad as their services & products are. Never mind the way they treat people. Stay away...ugh! read more
