I had a little bit of gel polish on my toes (I'm talking 5/10 toes and not fully painted bc my last pedicure was in August!!) the technician comes over and keeps harassing me to do gel again. I said no thank you I was taking a break bc I go more frequently in the winter & do gel in the summer so it lasts for the beach/pool. Told me if I do gel she won't charge me to take off the left over polish on my toes unless I do gel. I said no thank you. Got harassed prob 5 more times. At this point I was annoyed I had to pay but I didn't have a choice i was already there couldn't take it off myself. She does my pedicure and she was extremely odd behavior making me feel uncomfortable. Talking under her breath (not English) and hysterically laughing throughout my time. My mom and I thought it was bizarre. They start painting my toes first even though i needed removal of the few toes with gel & starting ten mins after my mom. My mom likes my color. She asks to use the same color. The lady gets her a new color (diff shade and brand) and tells us my color is old & this one is better. I even made a comment "old? I get the old polish??" She asks for my color. Again told it's old and this color is better. She didn't like the new color bc it was not the same as mine and just went back to the original one she picked after going back and forth with them a few times!!! Again weird. Before I go to dry, I hand her a $10 tip. It was five dollar bills and one five dollar bill. I rolled it up & handed it to her. She takes the money and shows it to the women next to her doing my mom nails and laughs. Puts it in her pocket. It was so strange, I even asked if there was something wrong. She laughs and shakes her head. So I'm beside myself at this point I want to get the hell out of here. I dry my toes for 15/20 mins and leave in my own flip flops. I had to run an errand (pick up order) and drive back home prob 20 more mins of drying in my flip flops. When I walk in the house and look at my toes they look moldy and chunky. They were painted horrible (poliah on skin not cleaned up) and the polish had to be expired or old. I called and complained and they told me to come back to repaint them. I wanted a refund after the horrible service and the way my toes look after $50 spent. They refused. I appreciate the offer to "fix" them but I will never, everrrr step in there again. So I am going elsewhere to pay more money to fix my moldy looking feet! I don't like to leave bad reviews to just leave them but I'm forewarning others before stepping in this establishment. The first time, this woman was NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL. As she was working with my layers and bangs/combing through them she yanked hard and pulled out my helix piercing CLEAN THROUGH AND I WAS BLEEDING. It was more of the fact that she told me "you should've told me you had earrings" which was just her trying to make me accountable for her not paying attention. There was a moment of silence and absolutely NO APOLOGY was given to me. The two workers in the salon were just silent and rummaging through what to do because she gave me back my earring with my blood on it and for those who have cartilage piercings, they are expensive and take a long time to heal. She ripped it through my DAMN EAR that's how hard she combed through it. I am young and have social anxiety so I was trying so hard to be understanding in the moment but she finished up and the lady at the front desk gave me a tiny bag to put my earring in. But there was ultimately no apology...just the hair stylist saying she's usually so attentive with her customer's earrings (which counters when she said it should've been my responsibility to tell HER that I had them..well if she was so attentive she should've seen them)... When I paid I think I should've gotten a discount because...I left the salon bleeding...AND THEN THE FRONT DESK LADY had the audacity to ask FOR A TIP...I did my best to see past it and knew the haircut was decent so I still left one. Yet I left with no apology and the hair stylist not offering to pay for the earring to be put back in when she knew I was gonna go to a piercing salon nearby to see what the damage was. It was just so frustrating trying to be calm when no one wanted to take accountability. The second time I came in, I wanted to give it a second chance because it was just a trim to me but when I was assigned the same stylist, I began having an anxiety attack and I was unsure if she remembered me but this time I pointed out that I had earrings and braced myself. This time my ears were safe but because I asked for face framing layers....THIS BOTCHED MY BANGS DISGUSTINGLY. She took out such a huge chunk and the bangs didn't even frame my face. It was just 2 BLOCKS NEXT TO MY FACE. Just two blocks sitting next to my face that when I finished I immediately contacted another hair salon to take me in and to fix it. The new stylist was so kind to me and he was much more attentive and straight up said "these are not face framing..I'll fix it for you because the past stylist took out so much. I'm gonna trim a new section so you can have face framing bangs but I will leave the longer pieces she cut out so they can grow and begin blending with the back" From the photos, you can see MY BLOOD on my fingers with the front desk sign in the background, the second photo is the very stylist holding up my hair while I tried to see the damage, and in the third photo was the second time I went and had my bangs ruined. To the dear stylist: If you were so attentive to earrings why did you flip it around and victim blame me by saying I should've told you? I started with filling out the questionnaire and a got a delicious iced coffee. I was set up with Savannah for my pedicure. It's been all winter so she had her work set out for her. The tools are all clean and sealed and the wash tubs for your feet are copper and sterilized in between clients which is very nice. They have a nice comfortable chair with a leg rest and a herbal neck wrap. I am a large woman and have a hard time usually with being uncomfortable during pedicures but they made me very comfortable and were attentive to my needs. Perfect pedi 10/10 Next I went to see Jordan for my first ever facial. It was a luxurious experience that started with cleansing and a nice scrub followed by steaming and massage. She was a delight to chat with and made me feel very at home. I have back issues but was not uncomfortable at all and being a big person the table was very ample and I felt very safe. 10/10 Finally I took a 10 minute salt soak in the salt booth. I have asthma and allergies and wanted to try it out. I've heard so many great things. It is quite the experience. Billowing salt through the air in the nose out the mouth. I was told to expect some coughing and nose running which did happen but when I was done it is the first time in 13 days I didn't have wheezing or noise in my lungs and I felt rejuvenated and excited to come back again for another round. This place is set up like a little store as well with plants and other cute things you can purchase. I would say give the ladies a try for all of your pampering needs. They are excellent.

Yikes, this was an experience! I booked five nail services - 2 gel manicures, 1 dip manicure, 1…read moreregular polish OR dip mani and regular polish pedi for the Friday before my wedding. I actually tried to book elsewhere (a month in advance) and they were completely full, which at the time I thought was weird, but after this experience, I'm guessing literally everybody in this area goes to the other location. When we arrived, we thought it was cute, very different than the normal salons we go to, but cozy and we were offered cucumber water which was a nice touch. There were two girls who would be doing all five services and one of them, Cece, was VERY hung up on the designated schedule they had created of who was going when and with which person, despite asking if the one person getting two services could start before the others. We also asked if the one who I booked for regular polish mani or dip mani could proceed with the dip and they told us they did not have time to do it. Cece told us she was unsure how everything was going to get done due to having to get back to tending the desk after two services, despite, being reassured on the phone when booking, they would be able to complete all five services before 1:30pm. From here, it just went downhill. The first red flag was when one of my bridesmaids stated she wanted a French manicure with chrome, and Cece asked the other girl (unsure of her name) what colors to use for a French and what chrome was. The second red flag was when she put the aluminum foil on this same bridesmaids fingers to take off her gel polish, and after doing so, began asking about shaping and color despite there still being gel on her fingers. This bridesmaid and I get our nails done every three weeks with gel and thus are very seasoned with the process and know drilling the gel off our fingers is necessary. When we stated this, Cece simply said she did not have a drill, which then proceeded to her having the two of us sit 30+ minutes with aluminum foil and nail polish remover on our fingers that did absolutely nothing. When I reiterated this to Cece, she said "well that is how they told me to do it." While this was going on, she completed one of my other bridesmaids pedicure who stated she was filing her skin opposed to her toes, and the finished product was wrinkly and very poorly done. In addition to this, the other girl was doing the bridesmaid who was getting dip. An hour and 45 minutes into our appointment, the only thing done was my bridesmaids regular polish pedicure, while the other four of us all had partial work done. Eventually I asked the other girl what the drill situation was because I knew me and one other bridesmaid would be unable to walk out of this salon with the nails we intended without a drill. She assured us she would complete the three of our services - the two gel manicures and the dip manicure, fine. We actually felt bad for this other girl because she ended up having to do far more than she initially probably intended, which was evident because she was shaking when doing mine and the other bridesmaids gel manicures. Miraculously, the two gel manicures came out really well and we were happy with them, however the dip manicure, the regular pedi and mani were honestly some of the worst work I have ever seen. As I mentioned, the pedi was wrinkly and gloopy. The regular mani was even worse, my bridesmaid also requested a French and when the lines were wobbly and uneven, she requested it be redone with just white polish. Cece literally did every single finger with the fine tip brush used for French tips to paint her entire fingernails... once again, they came out horrible, and based on the outcome, I honestly cannot imagine this woman has ever painted nails in her life, and I am not being drastic, we compared them to a 12 year old who did her own nails at the wedding, and hers were better. They were so bad, this bridesmaid literally went out and bought white nail polish and re-did them herself the same night. I have no idea what happened with the dip, especially because the other woman succeeded on our gel manicures, but the bridesmaid who got dip's fingers look horrible, her nails are SO thick, and while she requested an ombre, there is nothing of the sort. It came out to $255 and I tipped 15%. I would say in general, that total is reasonable for those services, however, for the quality of 3 of them, I SIGNIFICANTLY overpaid, and I should have actually looked at the regular mani, pedi, and dip a bit more closely before checking out. I am astounded this place advertises itself as a nail salon, because it was quite frankly the worst place I could have picked for bridal nails before my wedding. Future brides, beware, I strongly advise steering clear of this place for nails specifically, I cannot speak on hair or any other services they offer.
