    This pharmacy needs to be investigated by the state & whomever handles the pharmacy aspect. How…read moredoes a pharmacy: 1. Acknowledge your script on Saturday for pick Monday morning...then 2. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!

    I went to Menwonw on my birthday to get a simple ponytail braid done. My appointment was at 4pm and…read moreshe did not start my hair until around 5:30ish almost 6pm because she has a customer in front of me getting box braids which said would only take 30 min extra which i was fine with and i had told her i had to be back home by 5:30. I was patient enough to wait even though i had an appointment but on top of everything i didnt see where she had messed because she covered it all with a scarf and it wasnt until i got home that i realized how bad it looked and her response was it wasnt her fault and thats how its supposed to look and refused to give me a refund for poor service and not even being able to match the color of my hair. As soon as i tried to fix it a bit the WHOLE BRAID just fell off, and i ended up learning to do it myself. I have never gotten my hair braided till i went here but its safe to say i will never be coming back here again.. the first two pictures are what she did and the last one is what i fixed and i dont even know what im doing. This was truly the most frustrating salon experience I have ever had.
