Super thin, she ruined the shape of my left one. If the business has a new employee the customers have the right to know!!!! I will never go back there! Ever! Be aware and ask if the person doing your eyebrows is new.

Throughout the time I went to this salon, my nails repeatedly broke, often shortly after my appointments. I brought up my concerns multiple times and tried to understand what might be causing the problem, but the issue was never resolved. What was even more disappointing was how I was treated when I asked questions or expressed frustration. If I took time to look through color options or mentioned concerns about my nails breaking, I often felt like I was viewed as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. There were several occasions when staff members were talking about me in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional and they didn't even try to hide that they were mocking me or talking about me. After finally deciding to try a different salon, I explained my needs and concerns. Since making the switch, my nails have remained strong and no longer break, which confirmed for me that the problem was not simply my nails, it was their poor technique and products. This is one weird detail but for some reason they could never cut my toe nails straight. Multiple people tried and they were always crooked. The new salon I go to always does it straight and I never even had to ask. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after investing a year and a half as a loyal customer, I feel it's important to share my experience. I was hoping for both quality work and respectful customer service, and unfortunately I did not receive either.

I do get dip directly on my natural nail and have had dip done that way for close to 20 years. I do work with my hands and have always had great longevity with dip. The last 3 times my nails have chipped and broken 3-4 days in. Since I didn't have time, I just told them when I went in. The first time it was addressed and handled. They told me I needed to do builder gel. I'm allergic to gel on my nails and told them I couldn't do that and I've never had issues before. This went on 1 additional time. Fast forward to today. I got my nails done on a Wednesday. The following Sunday 2 were broken and by Monday 3 were broken. Unfortunately I'm on vacation and out of town unable to come in. Because I can't come in right away, they refused to handle it and told me I would have to pay for a whole new set and they can give me 10% off. I said it's 3 nails, it should at least be 30%. She said no she couldn't do that. Unfortunately after going round and round I've decided to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other nail salons in north county. A very well put together store and staff. The employees were respectful of my specifications of how I wanted my eyebrows done and were gentle with the process. I'm picky, so I just told them how I liked my eyebrows and they showed me how it was done, step by step. Honestly, my eyebrows have never looked better! They have a tinting powder that they sell there too. I wanted to try it out before I reviewed, and I'm happy to announce that it lasts long and gives my eyebrows that extra pop that it needs. So far, I have only been to Maliyah and Massuda (and they have never disappointed). I'm very happy with the service and with the final product. I have only left Glamour Brows satisfied and believe it will continue this way. So so glad I came in here on accident. Hope this helps! read more

I took my sister to get a henna tattoo for her prom, it looked absolutely beautiful. The people who run the local owned shop are very sweet and the henna artist is very talented. I went back a week later to have my eyebrows threaded and was very pleased with the results! I recommend threading over anything else~ the shape comes out beautiful every time. read more

I believe this place is very pricey. Also the ladies do not know how to communicate. I was next in line and no one called me to tell me they were ready. This was my first time here and I saw that the ladies use the same thread on everyone...gross. They also speak another language in front of you so it seems like they talk about their customers. read more
