I am new to the area so I was really skeptical about going to a new place so I've waited a little while before getting my brows done.. but because it's Christmas Eve and I am going out to a big dinner with family I wanted brows to look clean and presentable.. & OMG seriously this is the best place I have ever been, I'm not sure on the lady's name who did my brows but they look so good and she actually listened to what I said and it wasn't painful like other places!! First time doing threading and loved it. I came in with horrible, over plucked brows and left very happy. The staff is so sweet and welcoming! I had maleha do my eyebrows in the past a couple times just for a clean up and she would always either leave bald spots or leave them thin! This review is not for the shop, it is regarding only the person who works there and should be fired! The other ladies were great and I would still come back as long as they are doing my eyebrows. I wanted to write this review as soon as I walked out of this place but I was too upset and couldn't stop looking at my f'd up eyebrows. I went in about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday. This lady, I believe her name is Moschdja or something like that. Anyway she's one of the older ladies with black hair who works in there. So she asked what I wanted to do to my eyebrows. That right there should've been a sign to get the f outta there and come back when someone who knows what they're doing is in there. But, I ignored it. She told me my eyebrows weren't even and that the right is thinner. I told her "yes I know. I have been trying to grow them." Then she mentioned the castor oil that they sell and I told her that I bought one and have been using it. So she asked what did you want to get done? I told her just clean it up since it's been over a month that I've gotten my brows done so it's pretty obvious what I needed to get done. So she started and it actually took her a while to finish. I'm sitting there wondering why the heck is this lady not done yet?? So when she handed me the small mirror I couldn't believe what she had done to my eyebrows!! This itch made my eyebrows thinner that what it was a year ago!! She said she thought I wanted them even... they weren't even f'in even! Now my right brow is a lot thinner than what it was and it's harder to fill in now. This f'in lady said "I thought you wanted clean up?" I said yeah I didn't say shave my damn eyebrows after I had told her many times that I have been trying to grow them!! I swear I wanted to slap the sh*t out of her but I was so upset and was seriously about to cry. It just looked so bad. It looks like I don't even have eyebrows anymore cause they're so thin! I want to just stand in front of the shop with a beware sign with her name on it! She needs to be fired seriously!!! Please do not let this lady do your brows!! She is the only older lady in there with black hair. The other ladies are young so there's no mistaking it. If you're looking for a 'clean up' meaning super thin eyebrows then this lady is the best person to go to. Other than that she sucks!!! She once told me she has 12 years of experience. Doing what?? Cause it ain't threading that's for damn sure! She really doesn't need to be working there!! Someone needs to fire her!!! read more

I have been getting my eyebrows done here for at least a year, but since Rosie left I've had absolutely terrible experiences with the other ladies. I have tried with several different employees and even though I am VERY specific and tell them up front about what shape and thickness I want, they always do a horrible job! Today I left in tears because the woman who threaded my eyebrows made them so thin and uneven! They're not even the same shape anymore and I'm so upset! Now I have to start all over and grow them out after I waited so long to grow in thicker eyebrows. I will NEVER go here again. I've tried too many times and I'm always disappointed. Went there for the first time about a week ago and Rossi did my eyebrows. She was supper sweet and did an AMAZING job! I have been to several salons in San Marcos (that I thought were decent) till I saw Rossi. She made them perfect. Also the salon is supper cute inside! I can't remember the girls name but she was just so nice. My eyebrows were messed up already because two weeks before I was desperate and got them waxed- which I never do. Rosie was the only reason I came to this shop. Any time I've gotten my eyebrows done by someone else at Glamour brows they've came out messy and uneven with one brow higher than the other. Rosie has left Glamour Brows and yet other employees continue to give excuses saying she's on vacation or is temporarily disabled. These are lies told directly to customer's faces and any business based upon dishonesty obviously has no respect for their customers and I refuse to spend my money at such an establishment. This is a corrupt business that takes advantage of customers and I urge you to take your business elsewhere. read more

I've been going here for about 2 years. As you can see from the length I've devoted myself to this place , you can say I loved the service . That was until last year when Rita left. Since then , Rosie has been doing my eyebrows. She was good , but I think she's gotten a bit sloppy: it's not as clean, not even , arches aren't the same . I have problematic, thin, wild, blonde eyebrows and never had them threaded before but after researching what exactly it was and reading some good reviews on here, I walked in and Kim did my brows, she did an excellent job and did everything like I asked her to!! Perfect shape, not too thin, minimal redness, and I am fair complected, and no hair but not that shiny appearance you get from waxing. I will definitely be going back here to Kim again. Obsessed with this place. I have been to a couple of brow spots and none come nearly as close to Amazing as this place. The ladies are absolutely amazing. I have probably been attended by all of them and not one has left me unsatisfied. Their customer service is 110% amazing.
