puts dogs on leash after seeing me take photos

Unfortunately I could not leave a better review than one star. There were two local men (both live right next to the park) that had large dogs off leash. The first man had a large black dog running after a ball on the baseball field. He finally noticed that there were four different people with small dogs on leashes. All standing with their dogs, All waiting and looking at him and his off leash dog running the field. He took his dog home (one of the houses just west of the baseball field}. Not long after that a man with two large dogs also off leash (although this man was caring the leashes in his hand) cane a allowed his dogs to run around the baseball field (see photos). There are signs posted (see photos) about dogs on leash. "Dogs must be on leash at all times" and dog poop bags he could have used to pick up his dogs poop. There are two small playgrounds with small children, and many others that would like to safely walk their dogs along the path. Shame on those that allow their dogs off leash..

7am Thursday - park is gorgeous with a bridge over the cut through to access the other side. Parking is extremely limited given the size of the park with a small lot off Gladstone and some limited street parking in the residential area on Bruning Ave behind the park. Lots of early morning walkers and happy dogs walking the dirt loop. Full basketball Volleyball Handball Two large play structures with recycled rubber chips Toddler swings and regular swings. Bathroom with water faucets. Tables for reservation, only some areas with a grill. Tables are mixed old school picnic on the uneven ground some stone, on cement pavement.

It's a small(ish) but nice park. It's tucked away so you don't have to deal with a lot of people. There are a couple areas with trees that provide a good amount of shade over tables and one of the playgrounds.

Well-established community park with enclosed baseball field, full basketball court, volleyball court and handball walls. There is a large playground with tall slide structures. There are three large covered patio structures with four concrete tables with benches beneath - total of 12 tables. It is across the street from houses and parking is along the street in front of the playground area and near the baseball field. Lots of mature trees with shady grass are around the perimeter. Only drawback is you can hear the buzz of the 210 freeway traffic.

This is by far my favorite park to bring my daughter. First of all the bathrooms are clean. This park has two separate playgrounds, a basketball court and a small running trail. The pirate playground is my favorite because it's a bit challenging and I LoVe things that challenge my daughter like the tight rope waking, the plank. It's nice I definitely recommend thus park.

    Just Peachy ..

Been coming to this park since I was a kid! Love all the new things they have done to it. Yak my dogs here a few times a week.

Nice quite park during a Tuesday morning. My kids spent about an hour and had a great time.

Other than folks mistakenly referring to it as 'Finkbinder', we love our local G-town park…read more I think the additional 'd' might come from an old 50's themed restaurant in the Village called Fender Benders (sp?), which closed many years ago - and folks confusing the two. But, that said, only old Glendorans would be making that mistake and yet I hear folks of all ages add the 'd'. The park has lots of amenities we've used since our kids were born and even before... - summer concerts and movies in the park - birthday or event areas (Scouting) - playground - tennis court (other side taken by pickleball :( - skate park - sports fields - horseshoes - volleyball - community center And more. We love walking through the park on the way to the Village. If you haven't been, worth checking out pretty much any day of the week. So many fond memories created at Finkbiner. Even Pokémon Go events, haha.

There are courts for pickleball or tennis, fields for baseball or soccer, picnic tables all over for you to take a load off or paved walkways for you to get your steps in. 5/5 Trees Nothing beats having large trees to give you shade on sunny days. Rainy days are a different story. 5/5 Parking Parking all around the park. You can even park right next to the kids playground. Overall solid park to fit whatsoever your heart desires. So be sure to move and Psalm 119:89, God bless

There's a shaded area for eating with 2 picnic tables under it, but that's it. The entire play structure and swings are in the beating sun 100% of the time. Today was a very mild 75 degree early summer day and we went early around 10:45. Within 30 minutes of arrival, the slides were so hot our almost 2 y/o son physically reacted every time he touched them. The park is in a very nice and quiet residential area. There's nothing but street parking, but the streets are wide and not busy. The grounds were very clean and well kept. The bathrooms even had soap AND paper towels - yay! Like others said, this structure is mostly appropriate for a toddler as young as ours. He even did ok on the winding slide. Some slides are so steep that he falls forward even though they're supposed to be geared at toddlers, but all 3 slides here were fine for him. However, the only way to get up are monkey bar-like stairs (skinny metal bars) that no toddler can safely use, then the other side has stairs. The stairs are way too far apart for a young one to do alone. He either had to crawl or we held his hands while he took giant steps lol. If you get bored at this park, there are 2 more within ~5 blocks or less heading west! They're off the same street, too. Just go to the north of the block north of the park and take a left and you'll see 2 others fairly quickly. We'll definitely be back because of how clean and safe it felt.

There is a cafe/ convenience store across from the campground where you can also purchase your day use park pass for $5. I experienced a foggy day, which gave a cooling effect to my hiking. Restrooms are vault toilets, so unpleasant smells and a mess are a given. The lake has lots of swampy algae, therefore not appropriate for swimming or water sports. However, they do allow fishing with permit. I am a nature enthusiast and it was saddening to see the lack of humans respect for nature, with graffiti and trash in some areas of the park. Crystal lake definitely could use more funding to preserve its natural beauty. The loveliest part is listening to woodpeckers as they work, watching an eagle fly above with a fish in its talons, and treading quietly not to startle the squirrel who is crossing my path. I suggest picking up a map with hiking trails from the rangers post or convenience store, before planning your day!

It's pretty calm, quiet and serene due to the low traffic which is at end of a cul da sac. The park has a few hiking trails trail called the Dalton Wash Trail and the Toyon trail which are simple, but at the same time fun. The playground looks pretty new and in good condition. I love how it's covered with rubber materials as cushion as opposed to sand and wood chips. It's cleaner on the kids and safer if they fall. The dog park is also in good condition with shading, seating and a small obstacle course it (sections separated for small and large dogs). There is also lots of natural shading due to the large trees with picnic benches. Additionally, there are also a restrooms on site with a water fountain. Everything about the park is great because it has everything you need within a small space.

There are lots of deviating paths, but you don't get lost here as most side paths are just viewpoints that end rather quickly. I went here with my mountain bike starting from the eastern side of High Country Drive entrance (taking Hunters Trail road). I recommend entering this side as it's easier to go uphill on cement and do most downhill towards the exit of Bonnie Cove Drive. Amazing views at many points of the trail. Some parts, you'll hear the deafening 210 freeway and electric clicks of the overhanging ropes from electric towers. Other areas, you'll be shielded and it'll seem like you're no longer in a city. NOTE: the trail of Bonnie Cove is a little overgrown from the rain, so you'll smack into a lot of tall grasses and it's only like 1.5 ft wide now. Totally fun if you don't mind it. Lots of others are also overthrown, but I don't remember if they had names.
