GLADSTONE FOUND MY PROBLEM IN "SHORT ORDER". Tenants moved into our spotless Brentwood condo and the very first night the master bedroom lights blew out! NO not the circuit breaker! Within less than 20 minutes his electrician found a short in a recessed LED light where the installer hadn't wrapped a splice right. We recently added a central air to our house and the contractor brought in Gladstone Electric to install a new electrical panel. The Brothers from Gladstone showed up on time and explained what work would be completed. They patiently waited SDG&E to cut the power, even though they could have easily done it themselves. After completing the work, they waited again for SDG&E to turn the power back on and then they waited even longer for the city to show up to sigh-off on their work. They could have said that all of the waiting around was the air conditioner company's responsibility, but instead, they took it upon themselves to be certain that everything was buttoned up and done well. Later, when we realized that there was an issue with the power to our pool motor, the bros. drove from to Glendale to Laguna Niguel to fix the problem. 5-stars for Gladstone.
