He was honest and he said that he saw something that could be it but he suggested that I contact my insurance company first because of possible damage to my roof. And that is what I did. Comes to find out that I needed a new roof and I really didn't hear that much activity after he left. So why am I giving him a great review because he was honest. He didn't try to take my money he said that he maybe saw a little bit of activity but more than anything I probably need to call my insurance company regarding my roof. As we know raccoons and squirrels can enter your home at any time so if that's the case in the future I will surely contact them because of his compassion for wildlife and his honesty. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. In Spring of 2020 our every 2 months got out of whack because of the Covid-19 shutdown. In April we just had the outside sprayed and didn't want anyone inside the house so they did the inside portion in May. In June we were scheduled again and I had to call and explain that it was just serviced in May, blah, blah, blah. We needed service in early July and not June. They wanted to come again August 1st and I had to explain again they were here in early July and it hadn't been 8 weeks and we need it September 1st. No that's not OK you'll be violating your contract. The best I can do for you is August 31st. OK fine with me that's close enough. I can't be the only person who this has happened to because of the pandemic. Don't treat me like a leper. I am, in fact, spending money with you. Fast forward to the first week of September. We made a household decision that we didn't need our house sprayed every two months and we would be fine with every three months. We called the office and were met with more attitude. A young man named Isaac, probably late teens, knocked on our front door about two months ago, and said that most of our neighbors were using their company. He said that all of the products they use were natural and pet-friendly, and that after we did two sessions, we could cancel for free if we were not happy with their services. This company showed up at our house the first time and the worker put a bait station out and left. He did not spray one thing and yet we were charged for treatment of the inside and the outside of the house. We weren't even home to let anyone in, and our cameras showed nothing of the sorts. He was only at our house for about three minutes. We talked to Isaac about this, and he apologized. He sent another tech out there and we let him in so he could spray the inside. He went into our basement sprayed the drain put a bait station outside and left, not even spraying the outside perimeters. Obviously, we were incredibly fed up and felt like we were not being given what we paid for. We let Isaac know that we wanted to cancel, and he let us know that it would be a $250 charge. We told him that he said after two sessions we could cancel for free. He told us that he never said that. He said we would have to wait 12 months until our monthly service expired and then he could let us cancel for free. Here's the thing, we never signed up for any sort of annual service. We just asked Isaac to spray a few times and then we would let him know if we were to keep using them or not. Since we have canceled, our credit card is being charged $250 a month. We are currently talking to Discover to try to dispute these payments. These people are literal scammers, please don't fall for them like we did.
