We have really been able to enjoy our backyard since Rottler has been doing the monthly mosquito control sprays. My children and I are mosquito magnets and our bites swell huge, so we decided to spray the yard instead of spraying the kids every time we go out. It has definitely worked, and the bites we get in our own yard are few and far between as compared to before spraying. I can actually enjoy our yard and going outside in the spring, summer, and fall. Nate is our technician and we receive texts or calls letting us know when he will be coming, as well as the ability to contact him if needed. Service has been wonderful! We used a different company in the past which was slightly less expensive, but the quality of the technicians as well as communication was lacking. The former company also refused to spray in the trees/wooded area of our backyard, and Nate gladly went back to spray as the mosquitoes are probably living in that area. I have used other pest control companies in the past but I like Rottler the most becauseThey are always here when they say they will be. It's always a small window of time. You don't have to wait all day. The technician text when he's on his way. You can even track to see how close they are if you want. The technicians are some of the nicest people I've met. I was a previous Rottler customer several years ago for mole issues, which they promptly eliminated. I stopped the service after several months of no activity. Had the same issue in August of this year and went back to Rottler. In a couple of days they were onsite setting traps. Again they eliminated the problem. Nate James serviced my yard. He is very professional and explained what he was going to do, when he would do the followup visit, and answered all of my questions. My technician consistently shows up during the 2 hour window I've been given. He also tells me specifically what he is treating my house for and what to be on the watch for. Their product is safe for my cat. I like the way he gives a description of work with me, or on the door knob (during Covid-19). He's professional and courteous. We've had the same guy for a few years now and he is well trained, well educated and extremely responsive. We rarely need additional pest control calls but when we detect any mole activity he comes out right away and is very good at catching them!
