While the trap was installed, only one animal was caught in February, and there has been no follow-up service since then. The trap has not been removed, and the soffit repairs remain incomplete. Despite multiple calls, your team has repeatedly scheduled appointments and failed to show up, including confirmed appointments on May 15 and May 18, 2026. Most recently, I spoke with Barry on May 20, 2026, and was again promised service, but this has occurred several times without resolution. At this point, this issue has been ongoing for months with no completion of the work I have already paid for. I am requesting immediate action to: Remove the trap Complete the soffit repairs If this work cannot be completed promptly, I will expect a refund for the unfinished services. I have already begun filing formal complaints and will continue to pursue further action if this matter is not resolved.

I had squirrels in my attic during spring, when mama squirrels are nesting and giving birth. There is no shortage of squirrels in my neighborhood in south city but even so I couldn't bring myself to hire people who would kill them. Garry and his folks thoroughly explained the squirrel mindset and nesting habits, waited until babies were old enough to leave the attic, and blocked all the entries except one with a "one way door" for the squirrels to leave and not return. (What's worse than killing adult squirrels? Starving the babies whose mom couldn't get back in to feed them and having them rot in your attic.) Once the temporary camera confirmed no more squirrel activity the workers came back and blocked off that entry too. I feel better that all the possible entryways for critters are now solidly blocked with critter-proof metal that blends neatly with the fascia on the house.

I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.
