This is the first time that I have used the service of All Solutions Pest Control. Spencer was assigned to my home for its initial service. I could not have been more impressed. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, not only in speaking but also in his appearance. Before starting, he explained exactly what he would be doing both inside and outside my house. He did not rush through the presentation like so many service technicians do and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He also did not dilly dally while working. When he was finished, he gave me a small brochure and told me exactly what I could expect in between visits should I notice any insects. I am of the hope that Spencer will continue to be my technician and I would refer this company at this point to anyone looking for a pest control service. I would also like to say that I was very impressed with Dayton. He is the rep that came to my door and sold me the service package. He too acted extremely professional. All Solutions appears to have quite the knack for hiring well spoken, calm, well informed, pleasant employees. I recently had a salesman from ASPC stop by the house and introduce the company. Everything they offered seemed to meet the needs of what I was looking for. Then we set up an appointment for my first treatment, but unfortunately I didn't know that they recommend a 2 hour window for that appointment and I had to leave since I did not hear from anyone that they were running late and called the office and cancelled. It was nice to speak with someone in the office on a Saturday. After I cancelled, I received a phone call from the owner later that day apologizing for the miscommunication. At that time we rescheduled for a day that worked for me with the 2 hour window. Wesley was the technician that showed up to perform the treatment and he was great! It was nice to not be treated like just another number, but to be treated like an actual customer that matters... True customer service is almost a thing of the past and it's nice to see this family business still keeps that value. I honestly wondered what the high cost was all about, I though well it's just bug spray! But to see the amount of product they used was amazing and I instantly understood the cost. ASPC uses several methods in conjunction with each other to take care of just about every pest the average homeowner is concerned about. They did a very detailed spraying of the inside of my home, and an even more detailed job on the outside. I was very happy with the service I received, and have already noticed dead spiders along the outside of my house. My tech arrived when expected, and was very diligent in taking care of all of my concerns. He was quick, but did not seemed rushed, he really did a great job. Derek from All Solutions serviced my house in March 2015. The experience was excellent. He let me follow him around as he sprayed and set traps for spiders and bugs. He explained how to best choose locations for the traps so I could do it in the future if need be. In the two months since the traps were placed and my house sprayed, I have not noticed a single bug or spider. Each of the traps killed at least two spiders, which really surprised me. They were on time to the appointment, were very thorough, and were very friendly. I will continue to have them come service my house based on the experience I had. read more

I highly recommend this business. We had a yellow jacket nest behind siding on our deck. When we reported it a polite and friendly service specialist came and sprayed right away. When the bees were still evident, the service manager made it his own project in consultation with the owner. He made sure their company had done everything they could to solve the problem and kill the nest. The treatment was successful and we were able to avoid removing the siding. The sales person, George was very knowledgeable and very friendly, on this very hot 104 degree weather. He answered all my questions and explained how eco friendly the pesticide is. Which is very important to me because I have pets and a granddaughter. Joseph, also was very friendly and was very careful when he sprayed the inside and outside of my home. He asked if I had fish and I do. so he asked me to cover the fish with a towel to protect them. He wasn't bothered when my dogs were barking at him from the patio door. Jared was great, he got here right after I got a furniture delivery of some family pieces and the house was not in its normal state, he was so understanding and kind. He also did a lot of the between average to above and beyond actions that I loved seeing, checking abnormal areas like behind the dryer and under sinks and while working outside made sure that the area by the AC was covered so when I get work done later in the week I won't have to worry about wasps near the crew. When we first moved into our house a year ago, much to my horror, I discovered German roaches in the kitchen. Very happy with the service from this company. Derek was incredibly thorough. He addressed our concerns about ants and spiders and even made some helpful suggestions. Most pest control companies just spray and go, but he power sprayed and treated the outside to flush out bugs, he removed cobwebs even on the second story and even discussed treating inside the attic!
