We've caught a couple brown recluse and had minimal mice activity in the bait stations. Granted, I didn't have a problem, per se, but prevention is key. Setting it.up after buying the house was a bit annoying. The previous owners had been using Rottler regularly and I set it up right after move in. They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

Another refused to go indoors but still wanted to say he serviced my home. So again had to call and the manager had to advise technician that they should come indoors when they are there to service. She's a true professional and great representation of the company. She definitely works completing our needs as far as pest control.
