They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

I called Veteran's Pride, and they were extremely helpful and got someone dispatched out the same day. We were able to pay over the phone and didn't need to be home for the removal. They came out and removed the carcass, and did an amazing job! But for the unfortunate dead patch it left in our grass, you would never know anything was there! I didn't think it was possible to get it that cleaned up. These guys really know what they're doing. We are extremely grateful for them!

I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

While the trap was installed, only one animal was caught in February, and there has been no follow-up service since then. The trap has not been removed, and the soffit repairs remain incomplete. Most recently, I spoke with Barry on May 20, 2026, and was again promised service, but this has occurred several times without resolution. At this point, this issue has been ongoing for months with no completion of the work I have already paid for. I am requesting immediate action to: Remove the trap Complete the soffit repairs If this work cannot be completed promptly, I will expect a refund for the unfinished services.
