    During the hottest temps so far this year (multiple days of heat index of 100 degrees), I noticed…read moremy AC was running but my indoor temperature was not dropping. Called Energy Stars to come take a look at it (we had purchased the unit from them 5 years earlier), and they said 'because of the high temperatures and multiple people calling in with problems, it would take a couple of days before a technician could show up. Two days later, Eric from Energy Stars arrived to check out my outside AC condenser. As soon as he started to diagnose the problem outside, a rainstorm moved in and it rained the entire time he was outside working on my problem. He explained the issue was a faulty 'high pressure switch' in the condenser. Since he didn't have one in the truck, he 'temporarily fixed' the issue until they could order the switch and get someone back out to swap it out. Long story short, the temp in my house has gone from high 80's back down to mid 70's. Energy Stars called back later that afternoon to confirm they had ordered the switch and set up an appointment to return to install it. The part was covered under warranty (a 10-year warranty), though we will have to pay labor charges. Thanks to Eric who was knowledgeable, polite, and quick to fix the issue.

This aspect of professionalism and kindness transcends throughout this company. This company installed my air conditioning system and made sure my heat was working. This company values their clients by providing follow up service on your heating and cooling equipment. Brett thanks for the helpful tips. I would put this company next to any heating and cooling company and Energy Stars will be at the very top, professionally and quality wise. I value what these outstanding individuals bring to me their customer. This company shows integrity, respect and honesty. This is how much they value by solid decisions and making you important.     I'm on the 'every 2 months' program for $99 a visit. It's the same guy (Matt) that comes every…read moretime, who I really like. He texts me when he's on his way. We've caught a couple brown recluse and had minimal mice activity in the bait stations. Granted, I didn't have a problem, per se, but prevention is key. Setting it.up after buying the house was a bit annoying. The previous owners had been using Rottler regularly and I set it up right after move in. They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

    I am really close to cancelling services. I have had a mouse for months and constantly cleaning up…read morethe mess, ruined food and so much more. I have expressed this over and over again yet Rottler can not seem to get it under control. I do not understand. I called today asking for them to come have my house cleaned at this point. I have explained there is still a mouse after all their attempts I do not understand. I had one technician transfer to another service area and never schedule a follow up so my home was not being serviced until I called asking what was going on. Another refused to go indoors but still wanted to say he serviced my home. So again had to call and the manager had to advise technician that they should come indoors when they are there to service. Just problem after problem. I am trying to be patient I am so frustrated. I am beyond frustrated. I am hoping they will come clean up and find a resolution. At this point I have no trust.
