We had a dying 30 ft sweet gum tree and a smaller peach tree removed. These guys did an excellent job, they were the quickest to respond (both times), showed up on time and completed the jobs very quickly. Other tree companies were calling to set an appointment when Nice Touch had the work completed. Very nice guys. Reasonably priced. Fully recommend. read more

I had this company pick up a bed for me. They were reasonably priced and very friendly and professional. I had scheduled for Saturday but we didn't set a time, when it got later like 3:39-4:00 ish I asked if I could schedule for an earlier time the next day as I hadn't considered time and had to be somewhere. They were again friendly and professional and set up a time with me for Sunday. Sunday came and I received a call before arrival and they were very friendly and professional. It took no time at all to remove my bed and we were very happy with service received. We would definitely use again in the future and recommend to others. read more

Do not call this company. They cannot even cordially answer the phone, "Nice Touch Lawn Care, this is so-and-so, how can I help you today?" The person on the other end of the phone simply replied a limp "hello". Is this Nice Touch Lawn Care, and why didn't you answer the phone professionally, I asked? He hung up on me. Then, the number I called (the number associated with the business online) called me back and hung up the phone. read more

Tried multiple times to get someone to respond to my texts. I tried to get someone out to my home that is shown is covered on thier map, but never got a text back when they said they were going to call me when they came by. I am a very patient person and realize that they can be extremely busy, but at least a call or text would be appreciated, and tell me that they could not come out to at least look at the property or tell me if they are available. read more

did not communicate well, didn't come back when he was supposed to. made excuses as to why he couldn't come back. Left us hanging without anyone to clean up our yard. charged us way too much for the work he did the first time and didn't clean up the yard the way we asked him to. read more

Had a family house move out and was left with way too many items even after packing the truck and advertising on OfferUp. Quick response and phone call to set things up. Price quote was reasonable and had an opening during my desired time stop. They were very flexible and accommodating as my project grew in size. Efficiently and quickly broke down my items and took a lawn size junk pile in no time. Highly recommended! read more
