Between the running on the roof and the chewing on who-knows-what inside and out, it was a mess. Brandyn came out, assessed the situation, secured the house, and even fixed the chimney cover (which I forgot to mention at first -- a few squirrels had fallen down the flue and... well, the smell was something else). I was told by their office that there was a miscommunication on phone and the $114 price I was told was just for the outside service. However, due to a special they were running at the time I got the outside service for $110. Giving $4 discounts on services doesn't seem like much of a deal to me. All that to say, there are so many spraying companies in the STL area that don't charge $310 for an inside and outside spray on a 980 sqft home.
