His recommendations were so different from the other bidders, that I needed to do research and ask other experts in the field to confirm his recommendations. His recommendations were on point with the science of attic ventilation. The other bidders usually saw 1 of the 3 things he observed. Of course holes were drilled into the walls as part of the process. But all the holes were secured back into place at the end of the job. I hired a professional drywall person to mud over the holes and sand them smooth. Now I can repaint as needed. I can't wait to enjoy my house being much cozier over the winter months!
