The person who quoted us said there were 2 layers of shingles that needed removed when in fact there was 1. Not sure if we got credit for the unused materials they picked up. I had to keep hounding them for 2 months to send pictures in to the insurance company. I was told on 2 occasions they had but when I contacted the insurance company, they hadn't received them. The salesman is just that. Tells you what you want to hear whether it's the truth or not. We were told there was hail damage, so insurance would pay for it. Insurance company said it's something else and won't pay.

Do NOT hire them! CAN'T get subcontractors to show with ANY consistency. Always "on their way"…read moreonly to be delayed by hours and sometimes the whole day! ALWAYS had to reach out to find out what was going on, only to be given timelines that were hardly ever met. Roof felt placed vertically (not good for watershed, especially on a sloped roof!) then couldn't get the roofer to show back up to fix it horizontally like we wanted (and should have been done in the first place!) in a timely manner. Ordered WRONG siding and then tells us it's "all they could get" on the day they start installing despite NEVER saying it was different size when it came in. Made a BBB complaint because they are definitely NOT A+ and someone needs to know it. Despite a MULTITUDE of complaints laid out to the owner, we were only given 2/3 of a refund of our deposit for "time and materials" of which they removed dormer siding and placed paper, removed shingles, and placed the roof felt vertically (again, not the way we wanted). They tried to offer to finish for free but given they couldn't get workers to show consistently and my husband WASTED 6 DAYS off work for what we were told was a "2 day job", we had lost ALL faith for them to complete and no longer wanted them on our property. Only took less refund in order to avoid taking them to court and wasting even MORE of our time (and money) on this horribly mismanaged company. Owner only offered a full refund IF we took down our BBB complaint because their BBB rating is more important to them than actually doing the job right, doing what was promised in the amount of time promised, or providing better management of their subcontractors. Wish I would have just flushed that 1/3 down the toilet or done something good with it than ever hiring these people.

Zero stars if possible. Hired this firm to stain our home…read more Unbelievably sloppy work! Stain was left all over our windows and our composite deck. In fact a large amount was spilled on our deck and they attempted to cover the evidence with leaves. I overheard the crew talking about it! The owner sent out members of the same crew to attempt to remedy after we complained - he was not proactive at all. The crew cleaned some of the windows not all. But the deck is ruined. Owner was to have crew come back again but we have yet to hear anything. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
