At first I was hesitant since I had been going to Topline nails for some time, and don't get me wrong, their good but can get a bit pricey for me. So to my surprise Kenny didn't do acrylics but only gel on your natural nails, but I was OK with it since I knew my nails needed a break. She was super friendly and genuine and i fell in love :) That was two years ago and the rest is history! Now Kenny is the only one I go to and it never fails, every time I get my nails done I get so many compliments. I love how she cares for my nails and since she started my nails have grown so much! When we arrived, the place was completely empty except for two workers. I was getting a pedicure and my sister was getting a builder gel set. I was seated first, and as soon as my sister was about to sit down, there was a literal ROACH crawling on the chair. She immediately pointed it out and said she couldn't sit there. The employee who was supposed to do my pedicure quickly picked it up and threw it away. Looking back, I honestly don't know why we didn't leave right then and there. We decided to stay, and they started working on my sister's nails while turning on the tub for my pedicure so my feet could soak. A few minutes later, another woman who I believe was the owner came in and started talking with the employee. They stood there chatting for about 15 minutes while I sat in the spa chair waiting. I kept looking over to see if someone was going to help me, but nobody did. Eventually I got fed up and stood up to leave. Only then did they finally acknowledge me and say they were ready to start. At that point, I was done waiting. Between finding a roach in the salon and being completely ignored while sitting there ready for service, this was a terrible experience. The cleanliness and customer service were both extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated. He gave me the exact shape I asked for, and although my design was simple, the execution was flawless. The quality of his work speaks for itself.
