This is my favorite pizza! When my family and friends come to visit this is a must. It is not cheap pizza but it is so good.

We've been to this location a few times and have always been happy with the service. We had our rehearsal dinner there last night for 20 people and the staff was wonderful! They set us up on the side by the bar so we had lots of privacy. The food was very good and very reasonable. Our waitress was great - she juggled all 20 people's needs and was very attentive. Got delivery, about an hour wait, so order ahead of time. My friend and I thought we could conquer a large pizza. We were terribly mistaken. If you only have two people and a stuffed pizza, get a small or a medium. We could only slowly make our way through two pieces each and even then we were stuffed. A stuffed pizza from Giordano's is like the filling of a really good mozzarella stick, with tomato sauce on top. It's difficult to get the pieces out of the box, so have a knife handy or get your hands greasy pulling apart the copious amounts of cheese. The crust is as delicious as pie crust. read more

My review is late. I visited the Giordano's in Streamwood months ago, but I will never forget the great service received from Richard. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The deep dish pizza was delish also!! Richard gets 5 stars, but the restaurant itself was fairly dated as furniture is concerned; however, they were under a remodeling, so I am certain this is addressed by now. read more

Best Chicago stuffed/ deep dish ever. The crust, the chunky tomato sauce, the thick cheese, the abundant toppings... all delicious! The only thing that sucks is wait time for cooking but that can't be helped. It takes as long as it takes! Get an appetizer or salad while you wait. read more

Okay, so if you like lots and lots of cheese on your pizza, I would suggest you go here. The pizza here has so much cheese on it that one slice really fills you up! The pizza is delicious here! And yeah, make sure to check out the desert menu-- the hot fudge sundae is the best! read more

Had wanted to try the deep dish pizza, so the wife and I stopped in after shopping on 12/12/14. Our waitress, Katie, was exceptional - very attentive, good customer skills. The house salad dressing was delicious. The food however, leaves a lot to be desired. My wife had a beef sandwich and I ordered a small cheese and sausage deep dish pizza. When the pizza arrived, I had to dig around and found only one piece of sausage, I asked to speak to the manager. Someone came over, didn't bother to introduce himself (I later found out his name was Horatio), and then spoke to me in a condescending manner - I might be 76 years old but I'm not senile!!! He told me "you don't understand, the meat is underneath the cheese on the pizza"; he proceeded to dissect the pizza and then said "see that little gray thing - that's the meat". I told him that I have had this type of pizza before and 1 and 1/2 pieces of meat on a slice is not acceptable! I did not want to eat the pizza and certainly did not want to take it home!! He refused to write it off the bill ( 5 out of 6 pieces left and the one he dissected sat on the plate); said he'd take the cost of the meat off the pizza!! I paid for a meal I could not eat!! I will never return to Giordano's!!!! Lou Malnati's pizza has meat on it and they treat their customer's with respect! Don't eat at Giordano's - you'd be better off buying a DiGiornio at the grocery store. As for Horatio - how can such a person be a manager??? He might be qualified to be a dishwasher at best!!! read more

It was delicious. Had the chicken Parmesan sandwich and Parmesan fries. It was wonderful and took home 1/2 the sandwich for another meal. The pasta sauce was so good and homey tasting, not poured out of a jar taste or boring texture. The service was very good, later afternoon. We will defiantly go back. read more

Haven't ordered for about 6 months from here. The order this time reminded why we stopped ordering from here. The pizza's were over priced and under cooked. We ordered a medium pepperoni and medium Italian beef with gerdinera. The cost was 45.00 not worth the money. Called about the under cooked and over price food. Told to return and they would make over. Couldn't wait had people over for dinner. We put the under cooked food in our own oven to finish cooking. We were visiting the area and looked on Google for a place to eat last Sunday. We saw that this location was open until 10:00. It was a long and stressful day, so we were excited to go somewhere, sit down and relax. We pulled up to Giordano's at 9:15 and the outside lights were out, but we could see the lights on inside and people were eating, so we went in anyway. After finding that one door was locked, we went to the other door and it was unlocked. Right next to the door, I checked the hours before we walked in to confirm they close at 10:00. We were greeted by the manager of 17 years, Natalie. She informed us that they do not seat after 9:15 and do not take any to-go orders after 9:30. She stated that they close at 10:00...meaning that they go home at 10:00. I was dumbfounded and didn't know what to say. My husband took over and decided to place a to-go order, at 9:22, while I walked outside and waited. While waiting, I noticed that employee's kids were playing at the bar and the bar was not serving customers. The manager Natalie was rude and I hope that if you visit this establishment after 9:15, you aren't treated the way our family was. read more

Like others have stated, I love the coziness of the restaurant and the pizza here but the staff is very unprofessional. The highlight of the evening was our waitress, she was very kind and patient despite my large party which mostly comprised of kids. Everyone else at the counter either was short tempered or just ignoring me like I didn't exist. Behind the counter it was chaos, you could see employees and supervisors arguing, fighting and rolling their eyes. I asked for boxes to box my pizza at the end of the night and I got these sad styrofoam boxes which they expected me to box a whole deep dish pizza into. I had to demand the cardboard ones! This never happened to me at the Schaumburg location! There was issues with my bill too. As a result of the disorganization I ended up spending more money and missed my appointments even though I called twice and had preordered my food because I was on a time crunch. I rarely leave negative reviews if the food is worthwhile but there were too many bad things that happened that ended up costing me to ignore. Horrible management! Beware of you have a larger party, go to another location if you have a choice. read more

Their Chicago-style famous stuffed deep dish pizza is THE BEST. I ordered stuffed pizzas from several different pizza places, & hosted a blind-folded taste-test party. All my guests who compared the different deep dish pizzas with their eyes closed chose this brand as their favorite. read more

The deep dish pizza is amazing. I've only ever done pickup from there so I cannot comment on the service but the pizza is amazing.

AT giordano's in streamwood tonight, It is my favorite pizza ever, but the worst location I have visited problems with air conditioning I have gone there and left because it was too hot tonight I was totally taken back our waitress Alex had begun yelling horribly at another waitress shooting profanities at her because she was sick and leaving work , our waitress followed the other one out the door screaming at her I could see her getting up in the girls face out there and the manager went out there and only stood between them to block our waitress from getting violent , obviously she got away with behaving so poorly and the manager did nothing because she continued to work with an attitude at that so I was disgusted by this behavior I did not leave that girl a tip , that is no way to act at work and in front of customers and other workers very shamefull read more

We called to order a stuffed pizza for pick up...the girl that answered the phone had no clue what she was doing. So she finally got our order and repeated it back to us and told us 40 mins. When we went to pick up our pizza we were told they did not have our order and that we did not call this location. We showed the owner our cell phone and asked if this is the right number and he said yes...the girl that took our order even remembered us calling. So after 40 mins of waiting we were told that our pizza is not here that we need to go somewhere else. The worst service ever. Usually when someone screws up an order they will do anything to fix it.... but I guess when you have an owner that walks around like he hates himself...why would he care.
