I'm a BBQ pizza girl. I know, I know. I do like deep dish too, just fyi. The BBQ CHICKEN pizza was on point. The sauce to chicken ratio was perfect! If there's not enough BBQ sauce the chicken is dry. Sauce was tangy not vinegar"ish" Perfectly melted cheese. The crust was good too. My family wanted some pizza so it was kind of late 8:45pm and I forgot Nancy pizza closes at 9. So I called and ask if they can still delivery ten minutes away and they where super nice and did. I order there special A lot A meat and seven Buffalo wings. The pizza is amazing I love the cheese on it so tasty. I've met the owner of this place a couple times when picking up. He along with his staff are great. The location itself is meant for picking up rather than sitting, so the vibe is a nice pizza place that you'd go to for pizza when you're having a party with your friends. The food is amazing! Their thin crust pizza is the closest I've found to real Chicago thin crust pizza besides giordanos. I go here because they offer XL and Family size pizza. We receive a lot of coupons in the mail for local pizza places and stash them in our cabinet -- just in case we decide to order pizza, which doesn't happen often. Last weekend, we were in the mood to order some pizza. We rummaged through our coupons and came across a decent deal from Nancy's: 14" stuffed cheese pizza for $10.99. We called, placed our order, and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. No problem. Slightly less than 45 minutes later, our hot pizza showed up! Our bill was $17 with tip (not sure if that was because of the tax/delivery charges or if its because my husband is a generous tipper). I knew it would be a small pizza, but I hadn't quite expected four slices. Yes, they were big slices of stuffed pizza, but I was disappointed at the size for how much we paid for it! It was really good, though -- just the perfect amount of cheese and sauce and yummy-ness. I do wish there was more "stuff" -- it wasn't quite as thick or filling as some of the stuffed pizzas offered elsewhere. Ordered an extra large thin crust for delivery Half pepperoni half sausage, green peppers, and onions Along with that I had a coupon for a free small thin crust cheese pizza with any order over $20. They didn't ask for the coupon when they arrived and I got more with my order anyways. Delicious pizza. The only part I wasn't so excited about was the crust which has almost a stale taste. Yet was still okay crust. I loved that the pizza came with aluminum foil on top because it kept it burning hot. Took a minute to cool down but was well worth the wait. They are located in rosella and I live in Hanover park. Took our pizza about and hour and 15 minutes to get here. If you like Rosatis, Nancy's is comparable. Delivery time was good. Service was terrible. The Grubhub app says a medium pizza is 12.5 inches. They delivered a tiny 8 inch pizza. The man that answered assured me that it was the right size and that it was a medium pizza versus a small. When I called to complain, whoever answered lied to me and said since it was the pasta for one I only get one chicken tender, but the description clearly states tenders. Solid Chicago-style pizza in the 'burbs. Not touristy or overpriced. Been ordering from here since we've lived in the area. Sometimes, you just want to be stuffed with cheese, some toppings, and a nice marinara. Their marinara is very tasty, and their crust is that perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft/pillowy on the inside. Really appreciate that they offer a "stuffed lite" pizza now, which is about as thick as a pan pizza. Don't worry; no low-fat stuff is involved. They just use less cheese. ;) We've tried a number of different toppings over the years, and all have been good. No questionable sausage, either. It's all good! read more

I ordered a medium sausage, small Chicago and 8 piece boneless wings. The wings were worse than Tyson anytizers, actually threw them away. The pizzas were on the smaller size compared to most pizza places and they were not good at all. The pizzas were soggy, doughy and chewy. Will not be ordering from here again. read more

Service was terrible!! Ordered 2 pizzas and wings on April 9th. Delivery time said it was 6:24pm. Didn't show up until a bit after 7 pm. Then the delivery person says I'm missing a pizza I'll be back with it I'm sorry. Not the kids fault I don't blame him but he did explain that the chef hadn't shown up. Again, I understand but I tried calling at least 10 times and no answer, a courtesy call would of been appreciated to explain the delay. 8:20 pm and second pizza still had not arrived. Called back and finally an answer and the girl takes my info and says oh yea we were just discussing this order do you want the pizza or a credit. Of course I wanted the pizza we were still hungry...8:50pm pizza arrived. I'm mind blown at how terrible this night was and nothing to make up for it! I ordered the Deep Dish pizza. It was really good and is what one expects of Chicago style deep dish and is in the same league as Lau Malnattis or Geordanos. The bread sticks were ok and nothing to speak of, I probably wont order those again. My biggest gripe with the website. Not all location can order online (but Roselle does) and you can't order for the future but the biggest hassle is you have to register for their site rather than order as a guest. I don't know if this'll put me on an e-mail list but its a price to pay to avoid calling. read more
