First time visit to Pronto's. A Friday night early dinner. The food was very good. We had a make your own pizza with medium thick crust, bbq sauce, bacon, sausage and fresh garlic. I had Franky's Meatball Salad with Creamy Garlic dressing. We ordered Parmesan breadsticks and my husband had the Vodka Rigatoni Special. More about that later. We were served a really great crusty Italian bread and butter when we sat down. The restaurant was well staffed. Each of us had a good amount of leftovers to bring home. Prices are in line with other Italian restaurants in the area. Even a little less expensive. The server dropped off our bill. I usually don't look through the bill. My bad. This time I wanted to be sure we were charged the Special $8.00 Vodka Rigatoni special and not the regular $12.00 price for the dinner. My instincts were right. Our server charged us the $12.00 regular price. We asked a busser to find our server so she could correct it. We waited about 10 minutes for her to come back. She printed off a new bill with the corrected amount. I've had this happen to me before at other restaurants. I'm always a little skeptical about whether it was an honest mistake or if the server was trying to pull one over on us. I did not subtract any stars from my review since the amount was corrected, Husband reported that the Men's room was immaculate. We plan to return. We were happy with our experience. read more

We frequent Pronto's regularly. Service is great and the food is really good. The Mozzerottis and the cauliflower are fantastic, as well as several other starters. Come here once in a while ever since we moved here. ..So, I happened to be at Pronto's the night that another recent reviewer and the only reason I am here is because I heard her yelling something about leaving a bad review and is see it's now here. There was indeed a gentleman with 3 kids and yes, they were being kids but nothing out of the ordinary. I imagine one was less than two years old and unable to speak, using sounds to indicate what he wanted. The kids did get louder maybe a total of like three times in our probably hour and a half there. During this time though, this lady randomly kept screaming in a child's voice at the top of her lungs, imitating the little boy. I was wondering who was the kid here. Was kinda funny in a way. This came to a head when she was leaving and decided to stand up and scream again, like a child, directly at the man, where the man said, "please leave." That's it. While holding a child in his arms. She got belligerent, spouting something and he said again, "please leave now," as the kids were crying from the lady's screaming. Wasn't even in an angry tone, more agitated if anything. The aggressor was absolutely the lady and she certainly was not almost physically assaulted. The staff did not have to hold him back. A sole dad with three kids, out for dinner is pretty tough in itself. And yes, if a kid runs up to your table, maybe try saying "hi" or don't say anything. We've been living in the area for a number of years and I've always driven by, but never tried the place. It's much bigger inside than we'd expected, which is a nice surprise, but the pizza itself was just OK. The sauce was a little plain, and the sausage didn't have the flavor that we like. First off this place has great 1/2 price pizza on Tuesdays. Very tasty and a nice price. However, the noise level is so high that a few times I have walked out without eating there. Let me just tell you, Pronto's has the best pizza around. The sauce is tangy, the cheese is melty, and I don't know what the heck they do to the green peppers, but they are delicious. We went to enjoy a Mother's Day lunch at Pronto's. We were not disappointed! They greeted is at the door and the lovely moms in our group received a rose from the staff as we were seated. We sat our server was attentive and pleasant as we ordered drinks. The mudslide and blue voodoo were tasty options that we indulged in. They supplied hot bread and butter for us while we waiting. We ordered the fried zucchini as a starter and we enjoyed them. They're hot when brought out, so keep yourself off them until they cool down. We ordered an 18" pizza with a couple of toppings and they made it exactly how we like it. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake and it was delectable. Pronto's is serving up delicious pizza and great times! My wife and I were looking for another pizza restaurant to try and stumbled upon Pronto's. Not even a minute in, we were greeted with a friendly smile and seated by Brady, who ended up being our server as well. Pronto's serves pizza four ways: extra thin, thin, medium, and thick. We tried two personal 10" pizzas, one with meatballs and extra sauce (extra thin), and one with just cheese (thin). Overall, the pizza was fantastic! I would, however, refrain from combining the extra thin and extra sauce; unfortunately, it was too saucy and caused the pizza to be very hard to eat. Nevertheless, I was full and had great leftovers! On a related note, Pronto's has a full Italian menu featuring pastas, meat dishes, and tasty appetizers. For dessert, Brady recommended the lemon ricotta cookie and it was a great suggestion!
