Second time at the Roselle location and haven't been disappointed the service is awesome for such a little hike in the wall.

We placed an order online for 3 pizzas and some other food. When we brought the food home and opened the pizza boxes, one of the personalized pizzas which we had ordered with 3 toppings had none on it. I called to let them know. They asked if we wanted a credit. I said no because we are visiting from out of state. They offered to make the pizza again. We could pick it up (20 minutes) or they would deliver it (60+ minutes). We opted to pick it up. When my husband arrived to pick it up, they had gotten distracted and burned the pizza. They needed to remake it which meant he needed to wait and I needed to wait over an hour for my pizza (it was gluten free due to allergies). Despite all of these mistakes, they never offered to refund the money (except for the credit for next time). This is absolutely unacceptable and poor customer service. We had to drive 2 times to get food and we should have received some sort of compensation. Additionally, the pizza wasn't that good. My husband said the breadsticks were chewy as was the regular crust pizza. He also wasn't impressed with the stuffed pizza either. All in all, we would not recommend this place or order from it again next time we are back in town. read more

Very good! Tried this place with the family. Tried the 14 inch medium pizza for me and hubby with cheese and ham. Pizza was very fresh, hot, super cheesy. Very tasty! Ordered a margarita pizza and it was cooked well but despite this, it was very bland. The only thing I could taste was the artichoke. Barely any sauce on the pizza. Crust tasted like cardboard. This looked and tasted nothing like a margarita pizza. read more

I typically order my thin crust pizza with Italian sausage but tonight my wife wanted to get half cheese / half mushroom, onion, & green pepper. It didn't disappoint. The onions and mushrooms are fresh and they must roast the green peppers because they have great flavor! My two young sons ate multiple pieces of both the cheese and veggie. My wife said "This may be our new go to for pizza." So she realy enjoyed it. The only reason i went 4 stars is that the crust can get a little too well done. Overall a really great thin crust pizza. My boyfriend and I are both Italian and we found this pizza place a couple of months ago. We have been living in the Bloomingdale Glendale Heights area for four years and had yet to find a good thin crust pizza. We had just about given up. We would drive out to Norridge and the old neighborhoods just to get a good thin crust pizza. This pizza is phenomenal. Quality ingredients. The pizza sauce is what stands out. It is amazing. The crust is great the sausage Yum Yum Yum beautiful fennel flavor not too spicy just perfect. That's all we've had cheese and sausage, thin crust and that's all we need. This place is legit the best pizza! Our family orders here usually about twice a week. The sauce is very tasty and flavorful (I always ask for extra) and the toppings are generous. The staff is very friendly, always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude by Damiano. Honestly I can't recommend enough. My daughter is a picky pizza eater and she actually eats here. Today my husband and I had dinner at Pizza Napoli. I had the Eggplant Caprese; it was delicious!!! My husband had the Pappardelle Short Rib Bolognese. He said that it was very good too! Our server, Sherry, was friendly and attentive. The prices are fair. We will definitely return. One side note is that the music was loud and it overtook the ambience.
