Ordered a Calzone, Italian Beef, and two Rosati's Cheefs. All the food was fresh and piping hot. The sandwiches were stuffed with plenty of beef and the ones with cheese had a lot of cheese on them. The calzone was large and flavorful. Then the sauce they give you for the calzone is great as well the right amount of sweet and sour marinara sauce/pizza sauce . We ordered a Italian Beef sandwich with bell peppers and a meatball sandwich. Both were excellent. Fast, courteous and wonderful service. The sandwiches were really good. Plus they put a lot of cooked bell peppers on the Italian beef. They also dipped the Italian beef perfectly. Very good, very tasty, very worth the money. Wow just wow. Awesome pizza and service! I ordered a small pizza 1/2 Cheese 1/2 Sausage, peppers, Black Olives. They called a while later and told us they made a mistake and made the whole pizza with everything. So instead of redoing the pizza they made a small Cheese at no charge so they could delivery it on time! That is what I call awesome service. I also ordered a shrimp dinner which was really good. Ordered a thin crust 2 meat 1 veggie medium pizza which was just as good as 40 years ago when I first lived here. Crisp and a little crunchy outer edge and softer in the middle. Loaded with cheese and perfectly cut sausage, pepperoni, and onion. Sauce was just perfect. Decided to try the onion rings and surprisingly they are some of the best I've had. Horrible horrible horrible. Purchased and extra large pepperoni pizza. Brought it home ate a few slices turn to grab another pizza there is a hair in the pizza. Like not on the side in the pizza. I call right away, the front desk asked me to send a picture to his phone and tells me he will have a pizza delivered to me at no charge. I send the picture and wait. I'm waiting over 30 mins. See a car pass my house and park 2 doors down. Driver is at the wrong house. He comes out it's the guy at the front desk. He walks up no pizza and tells me there is no way hair could be in my pizza he didn't have any "females" working. I said first how can you tell a female hair from male. He proceeds to tell me he does not have my pizza and he will be back. Mind you I handed him mine and said to take it. He then says he will be back. At this point everyone would be annoyed. Their pizza used to be so much better. The last few times were very disappointing. Weird delivery experiences, also. I opt for the delivery to be left outside my door for contactless delivery. They ignore that. The last delivery guy insisted on quizzing me on the last 4 digits of my credit card. He said he's never delivered anything to my house before. It disappoints me when Chicagoans choose to eat pizza from one of the national chains rather than a Chicago restaurant. Rosati's in Streamwood is one example of great local pizza. For the record, I grew up in the Chicago suburbs (Bellwood) and never had deep dish until I was in my 20's. Our pizza was always the thin-enough-to-cut-yourself-on-the-crust version. While I like deep dish once in awhile, thin is my preference. And while Rosati's offer plenty of crust options, it is their thin crust that stands out for me. The sauce, crust, and cheese are all great here. I've said before that if a pizza can impress with just cheese, you know you've got a winner. My gf likes cheese only so I find myself 'tasting' (as in, I've eaten my half and now I'll 'help' you with yours) the cheese only and can say it never disappoints. So for those of you that are in the habit of getting pizza from a national chain, give Rosati's a try and you'll see what Chicago pizza really tastes like. You won't go back to the other place. I state this because a reviewer posted below that a rude female answered. Ordered from Rosati's via GrubHub on June 27th as part of my search for a pizza place that doesn't mess up orders. (Part of the reason I use GrubHub is I can enter my order instead of relying on someone in a loud environment trying to understand me.) Ordered a Sausage Supreme Thin Crust Pizza, and was impressed with the communication from them via GrubHub - I was alerted of a delivery time, then they updated me with a new time and the name of the driver. The pizza arrived on-time and was very good, but they missed the instructions requesting pie cut. Still, the pizza was good and at least it was the correct order, unlike recent orders from CPA and Taylor Street. The next day I received a call from the manager following up on my experience and actively trying to learn how to improve. That won me over almost as much as the pizza itself. I will try them again and hope that they can deliver an excellent pizza per my requirements in a timely manner at a competitive price - that's all I ask for, and apparently many find that hard to achieve. read more

This is a new pizza place that i had ordered from as a way to switch things up, and they definitely did not disappoint. The pizza is delicious and the inferno wings are something I definitely recommend. They are juicy, tender and spicy. The pizza is the real star though. The pizza if very well cooked and is still fresh even if you chose delivery. The pizza is delicious. I have to say there is one flaw. Some of the sides are not as good, but if you are eating here for pizza, which most probably are, they won't let you down. read more

I've had pizza delivered from a bunch of different Rosati's, but this one is the most prominent since it's so close to my home away from home. They're always prompt, just when I say the word "delivery", the phone guy rattles off the address, when they say the delivery time is 45 mins, the food will arrive within 30-35 mins fresh & hot. I was feeling adventurous so I tried their BBQ chicken pizza the other night, best decision of the year. The chicken, onions & BBQ sauce complimented each other perfectly, only downside is the price, $13 & change for a small, so I'll have to wait & only order for special occasions. I'm not a frequent pizza eater, so when I indulge, I want the taste experience to be exceptional. Rosati's Pizza of Streamwood is the best I've found. I first had pizza from this location about 4-5 years ago. I'm not in their delivery area & it's a bit out of my way, so I've tried many other places, including other Rosati's locations closer to home. Now I just plan on making the trip to this location when the craving hits. Personal favorites are the Spinach Classic pizza, or build your own (onion/mushroom/black olive). The pizza has enough sauce, maybe that's why it tastes so good--proportions of sauce & cheese & crispy crust edges all just right. The pasta is really good too; I love the lasagna with meat sauce and chicken parmigiana. Dinner portions are big enough for lunch the next day if you're a leftover lover. The staff have always been friendly and attentive; customer service is consistently great. Just thinking about it, I'm getting another craving!! read more
