After an hour of repair I received my phone and left. Less than 48hrs later my phone screen started glitching. I'll keep this short. I returned 3 times for the same glitch. He said my phone had "touch disease" something that I never had an issue with before bringing my phone in. After not being able to fix my phone properly he offered to put a broken screen on and return my money. Terrible customer service, cheap third party equipment, and they will lie to your face.

I had a disturbing experience with a hard drive recovery request involving important music project files here. The agreement was that I would pay $300 if three specific files were successfully recovered. When I came in to inspect them, the first two appeared corrupted/unusable. I asked to check the third file and said I would still pay the full $300 if even that one file worked. The technician Henry refused to let me verify the third file. While it was already loading/opening on my computer, he unplugged the hard drive. After that, when he connected it to his own computer, the drive stopped showing up. He also accused me of trying to copy the files by inspecting them, checked my computer, and refused to immediately return my original hard drive, saying he needed to "fix" it and delete the recovered folder before he can return it to me. I called the police, but they said it would need to be handled as a civil matter because of the contract. I'm sharing this so others can be informed. In my experience, I was not allowed to fully inspect the recovered files before payment, the drive stopped mounting after it was unplugged by him forcefully during inspection, and I was not able to leave with my original hard drive afterward and was told with a smirk that he will try his best to get it done as soon as possible. While my female dog was simply peeing, this individual proceeded to make accusations about cleaning up after her. Even though I was standing there with a paper bag and napkins in my hand, clearly prepared to handle any waste had there been any, he "was not there to debate". After I explained she had only urinated, and asked him what I was supposed to clean up...he escalated the situation by threatening to call the police on me for absolutely no crime. I had to ask him directly if he truly wanted the police to come and potentially shoot me over a dog peeing in an empty lot. Weaponizing law enforcement as a tool for racial profiling and intimidation is unacceptable. I will never support a business that treats people with such blatant hostility and bias.

I have 5 desktops going at all times and several laptops. Delta keeps my staff working! Anything that I need they have provided. They usually have a regular supply of hi quality used units that they stand behind and I have done well buying these as opposed to medium quality new units. They always take care of me and my staff. I'm dropping off a unit tomorrow (Saturday morning on a holiday weekend) that crashed today. And it was long overdue for service.
