    Ordered Wadenhoe corner sofa at end of January, at a cost of £4,500. Paid 50% upfront. Was told…read morewould take up to 16 weeks. Received email in the first week of April for final 50% as due for delivery within 4 weeks. I chased them at end of April for delivery date. Was told should be by end of May. Chased and chased throughout May, to be told was going to be June, due to delays. Sales staff aren't able to tell me what the delays are though. Then was told that would be July. When I asked to cancel my order as they have totally failed to deliver, was told that there was a 30% restocking fee- £1,436 for absolutely nothing. When I asked for the complaints procedure, I was told they don't have one, as they have never had a complaint. I asked for the directors contact details, which they wouldn't give, he rang off a withheld number, and didn't call me back when requested. they say that they are a small company, but actually have 20 showrooms. I have no faith at all in their 15 year frame guarantee or the stain cover- they can't even get the sofa made! If you are looking for good quality service STAY WELL CLEAR OF SOFAS AND STUFF.

I ended up ordering an armchair I didn't even know I wanted as it was so comfortable. We were really impressed with the value too. We waited just over six weeks for delivery, as advised. The delivery people were polite and efficient, even when they had to remove the doorframe to get our new armchair in. We absolutely adore our new furniture. Thanks Sofas and Stuff!

    Ordered an ironing board 30/1 online which claimed to be 'in stock'. The website also said next…read moreday delivery. Two weeks on no ironing board. Throughout the 8-9 days before I chasedI checked and the site still claimed in stock. After sending an email, received apology & told awaiting stock from manufacturer. When I pointed out they claimed (and still claimed) it was in stock, I received an email assuring me it was being dispatched that day (10/2) for arrival next day (11/2) and would receive courier info by email that night. Guess what I didn't and nothing came the next day and nobody contacted me. Chased on email again and was then told that due to weather stock had not arrived from the manufacturer....and were expecting it "anytime this week". And this two days after they had claimed to have mailed it to me already???? The following day, having chased AGAIN I was told the bad weather had caused delays and they were 'hoping' to have stock by next mon 17/2!!!!! so that's a "hope" 19 days after I ordered...plus of course the dispatch time from their shop...We'd be getting to nearly 3 weeks by then. At this point I lost patience and phoned to be told firstly that they could not find my order number on the computer, nor my address, nor my name! It wasn't till they looked on payments that they found it. Then I was told I had probably ordered just as the last item had just been sold (that old chestnut). Why then did their website still claim it was in stock 8 days later when I first chased it, and was still saying in stock on the 10/2, 12 days after my order? Why had they told me they had dispatched it on the 10/2 and then told me on the 12th and 13th that they still had no supply? The site now says 2 weeks lead time!(i achieved that at least. This outfit is a shambles, doesn't tell the truth. So what do they do? Have low prices for items they don't have in stock and can't supply; don't tell you about it till you ask; then pretend they've sent it; then lose your details. They do however answer emails and did offer me further discount if I waited and did refund my money when I asked for it. NOT GOOD. I have all the emails to back this up. I've ordered from Amazon for only £6 more and it was dispatched within two hours of ordering. Good luck!
