I would not bother unless you are willing to wait..and waitand wait, with no updates on delivery.
Staff who say delivery is 10-12 weeks. 12 weeks maximum, no longer than 12 weeks etc
But then when 12 weeks is up they say that that was an estimate and that it will be another month.
Rude, and arrogant are two words that spring to mind. I will certainly be inspecting the goods with a fine tooth comb should they ever arrive. Any slight sign of damage and they will be rejected in a heart beat.
Whilst complaining about the delay, they brushed it off saying it is not their fault, and that it is complicated to ship good across countries. Manufacture is difficult..supply chain etc. They basically say we have got your moneytough luck.
Check the terms and conditions (which would probably be deemed unreasonable in a UK court) which state you are only entitled to cancel after 6months of no delivery. read more
